Tours airport is really pleasant. Very small, but you can grab something to eat cheaply before departure (not as in Paris!!) and check in is so fast. I have been flying with Ryanair for many years now and I have never been disappointed.

An early morning flight in late October 2015,brilliant service from the check in staff managed to keep the ques short even though a busy hour and gate staff were also friendly . On the plane the crew were great and very attentive. Great airline for a low price.

After we had booked our holiday to Majorca, we realised that we had to pay extra on top of the flights for our seats and our luggage but having priority bookings we found it so easy. At both airports, priority booked customers are allowed to board the plane first and all the seats had windows so we were also pleased...

Cheap tickets (it's a budget airline) with not a lot of service. You have to pay extra to bring along a suitcase and they're quite fussy about carry-on's as well. Drinks and food is not included in the price but nevertheless it's a good airline to travel with - especaially when you're on a budget and don't have to fly...

This is my second time flying with Ryanair and i dont know why i didnt listen to my first impression of them. Never going to fly with them again, very disappointing from onset. Flight was so tight for room and being loaded on last (wheelchair bound) found the waiting in the aisle until i could get to my seat very...

The handling in the airport was very good - we had booked the valet parking, which meant at the airport we got to use the priority security lane which was good, very much suggest it if you are going with children, and it is not much more than the cheap parking with a bus ride in. The plane was running...

Flew to Berlin with Ryanair April 2016, was a bit apprehensive as they always seem to get bad press. Can't fault them, everything went like clockwork, no issues, friendly staff, great service and fantastic value for money

My wife and I traveled from Canada to Bristol and then onto Dublin, Ireland. We arrived 1:57 minutes before our flight only to be told that you can NOT check in AT the airport within 2 hours of flight without paying a fee. 45 GBP EACH!!! 90 GBP! The woman at the counter was short and matter of fact and...
