We have always flown with Ryanair, given the range of destinations from Dublin. But nowadays we are much more confident and comfortable making a booking. This is due to improved customer service, relaxation on the baggage allowance, bookable seats, and so on. Our most recent trip was to Turin, the only airline with direct flights from Dublin. The whole experience...

Departure on time, arrival early. Friendly, helpful cabin staff. Upgrade to extra legroom seat, and hand luggage in the hold. Catering acceptable. At least as good as any bus ride of a comparable length - if not better.

Ryanair is exactly what it announces itself as: inexpensive flying experience that gets you places safely and on time (most of the time). Crew was really nice and helpful, and I am so glad they got rid of the 10x per flight "SCRATCH CARD" announcements. I enjoy their food, but it's not like I'm expecting a 5* meal - they...

Not bad at all for short flights, I've used this connection many times and they were always on time. Service level is what you can expect from a low cost carrier. Landings are not always the most smooth.

Despite strikes and delays going on at the time our flights were on time. The only gripe was the length of the queue to check our baggage, we we're in the queue for about half an hour, but everything apart from that was great. Easy to use online check in service, friendly flight attendants, and the lowest price available for...

Three of us flew from Chania in Crete to Rome's Fiumicino Airport. The flight was a bit late arriving from Athens, but the Captain made up most of the lost time en-route. The aircraft was newish, very clean. Unfortunately for us an extended family of ill-mannered southern Italian peasants returning from a holiday occupied the first several rows of the...

It is a low cost company and that's it. If you want something else, you will pay for that. Space between seats are ok.
