I have used it many times, my last trip was a domestic flight. Although they ask for people to pay if the wish to check in any baggage, suddenly the flight is "full" and they end up checking in also the baggage which is supposed to by carried to the cabin (free of charge of course). So even if someone...

Although the flight was good, overall we would had preferred to fly back into East Midlands. Unfortunately we had to then travel 2 hours home because we could only get a return to Birmingham. To get your boarding passes you have to pay extra to book your seats unless you wait 2 days prior to flying. I want to sit...

Ryanair has highly confusing luggage policy which indirectly force you to book additional check-in luggage paying additional money. I personally perceive it a trap to make the customers to spend money. I have used Ryanair more than 20 times & always their landing (touch down) is very rough & uncomfortable. But for the money what you pay the service is...

Uniquely disgusting experience with Ryanair ground staff in Pisa. We travelled as a couple with a child to Italy to celebrate my wife 40th birthday. Wonderful experience overall, great accommodation and hosts, Pisa, Florence, Lucca simply fenomenal cities. Then, on our way back .... The flight was delayed more than 2 hours, no info provided, gates unclear. We had to...

I was initially a bit irritated by the new bag policy but it’s better, if you can pay the extra £7. Boarding was smoother, no one struggling to find overhead bins to stuff cases in whilst trying to board. It’s cheap and efficient and ok for shorthaul, use them several times a year for years and never had a problem.

Really terrible experience. After being called an hour before boarding to the gate which meant that I had to stop working on my laptop. I waited until the priority queue was short to ensure I could get onto plane quickly, we were checked in and then was stopped just outside boarding gate, had to bunch up for an hour like...
