Rude staff, flight full of half drunk people who looked like they wanted to fight. Check in slow, seats uncomfortable, no leg room. We was packed in like sardines. Didn't enjoy any part of our flight with Ryanair.

Long delays, rude cabin crew, uncomfortable seats and filthy plane. Not a great start to the holiday..... The return flight was much better so I know they can get it right when they want to.

Never on time. Not even once.ripping you off to the maximum...I don't recommend it if there are any other low cost carriers always use them. Very uncomfy seats as well even in newer airplanes. Uncomfy even for low cost which is hard to get

As a first time Ryanair customer, we were not aware that we need to complete online check-in. The rep by the counter sent us to customer service saying we need to pay €45 each for not doing so. The customer service said it has been increased to €55 three days ago. Then I found in the fine print section on...

fell asleep for the whole flight because we were awake all night at the airport. Booked Ryanair + transfer and even though we were early for the pick up they got us to the airport with 20 mins before our gate closed. Of course we missed the flight and they then charged us 266€ for flights the next day. We...

do Ryanair landings have to be hard each time that I worry one day it will skid off the runway? Returned from Palma flight FR8387/16th July. Was optimistic since sounded like either an Aussie or NZ pilot, (thinking maybe ex Qantas), & during the flight was smooth & at times hardly moving. So had hoped on coming into land the...

Boarding the flight was a total chaos. Everyone was trying to cut in line. The airline employees didn't help to avoid the huge disorganization. It seems like they can't control their passengers. The flight was delayed like 2 hours! Once on the plane, we had to wait for another hour until we were give permission to depart. The flight was...

The Only negative thing is that it lands on an airport far away from Warsaw. It was a good 35-40 minute drive to the hotel. Apart from that it was on time and standard Ryanair. Gets the job done.

Bizarre Ryan Air rule out of Schiphol (Amsterdam) to have your « boarding pass » stamped BEFORE you get to your gate. Arrived for our flight FR3101 way early (gate not assigned until approximately 1hr before scheduled departure). The Terminal was indicated (H) yet no gate assignment. FR3101 with a 09h55 departure. We only had a carry on wheelie bag each. We...

Not the best experience!!....some young...but also some older male travelers were clearly on party weekends, stag do etc. mainly the males were extremely loud, not aggressive, but were interfering with other passengers, parading up and down the plain, putting feet up on seats in front, shouting, half dressed! some sexual innuendo and very drunk and still being served alcohol from start...
