Everything was going fine until the pilot announced there would be a slight delay until an engineer could resolve a problem. Next announcement a senior engineer had to be called! Then we had to disembark as an engine would not start. Well over two hour delay until a new plane was brought into service. It would have been OK if...

Be careful with this company if you don’t check in online and print your ticket you will have to pay 55euros per person! Coming from australia 55euros is 100dollars and after 2 months travelling in europe it was painful to waste 200$ what a joke will never fly with them ever again!

I’ve flown with Ryanair a few time to Dublin in the very early days of Ryanair starting up, wouldn’t fly with any other back then. Felt such a dependable airline and I even felt safe flying with Ryanair as flew over there alone to visit friends. This time I flew with them to Malaga with 3 friends. Again we had...

I booked what I thought was a reasonable priced flight to Tenerife. The problem was the hidden extras ! You have an allowance of 10kg hand luggage for cabin, not enough to go on holiday with so had to pay an additional £80 to pre book a 20kg case for the hold. Also you have to print your own boarding...

First time flying with Ryanair. Don't think I will again. Confusing with cabin luggage rules. As you queue at gate your cabin luggageis tagged, then you leave it on the tarmac to be put in the hold. Plane was grubby. Staff didn't have a smile between them. (Apart from 1 lady who seemed to be doing all the work!) One...

I used to like and go on Ryanair until they seriously messed up. I was at Otopeni Airport in Romania and my mum was flying on her ID card but Ryanair didn't accept it. Ryanair told us 3 times that it was alright. There was this person "who was in Bucharest" called Edward Tuvano. Someone who worked at Otopeni looked...

We were 3 passengers traveling from Salzburg to London. Upon arriving at the airport for check in we were told we had to pay €55 per person because we hadn't checked in online. So in total we paid €165. That is really cheating people. The lady at check in said that. An email was sent to us to check in...

fine airline. thats about it. they aren't as harsh on carry-ons as their reputation makes them. seats are fine. since they are flying to discount airports the airports are usually outside of the city centers, but have good transportation options to city. the airports are typically understaffed and you have to wait on the tarmac to have the door opened...

You pay cheap for the flight, but you do get less than what you paid for. You don’t mean a thing to them, not to the company and certainly not to the crew. As prio’s we were put in a hot corridor, no light, no air... almost 30min without a single word of information. On board complaining to the purser...

The boarding pass said that cabin luggage is allowed, so I did not check it in. But, before going on the plane, I was told that I have to leave my hand luggage, as I was not allowed to take it on the plane. That was confusing- I have traveled with low cost before and was asked if I want...
