Had a wedding party of over 60 people purchase flights through Southwest. That's over $30,000 in tickets, called in to add one person with hopes of getting the same fare and they couldn't even offer a $5 discount!. Unacceptable. We could have taken our business else wear easily! NEVER AGAIN. How can a company be so stingy?!

Thank you to Sandra S. at the Buffalo airport!! She actually listened to our issue, looked further into the problem, and solved it for us! It involved early check in. Southwest is lucky to have Sandra S. as one of their front line workers. As a result, we have booked another trip with Southwest in April for 4 of us,...

We just traveled to Las Vegas and had a good experience flying Southwest both ways with one minor hiccup on the way there. The pilots, flight staff, and prices were good except for one of the flight attendants. She didn’t smile and was snappy unlike the rest of them. But other than that it was a good experience flying Southwest.

LGA is under major re-construction at the moment but Southwest seems to be dealing with it well. Lots of information on their web site about changes to parking, bus routes to the airport, road closures, terminal usage, etc. Had a mid-morning flight and we got out of there on time, pushing back at the scheduled minute. Love their method of...

Southwest delivers again. Flight attendants have a sense of humor. Got a really good fare on this morning flight from Orlando back to the midwest. I had a middle seat but it wasn't that bad. Next time, I'll buy the $15 early-bird in hopes of getting an aisle or window seat instead. SWA fares seem to be creeping upward, but...

At the end of a flight you often hear that we have choices about which airline we use and a thanks for choosing them. I've heard this and noted it. Now after this last flight I guess I will act upon it. I have been a loyal Southwest customer. I always check with their website first on any flight I...

First time flying with Southwest. Needed to sit in Bulkhead since my boyfriend has a bad leg! They accommodated us. Our flight attendants were Ashley, Romona and Vicky! They were very friendly and professional! Ashley gave me her SW lapel pin for my collection! I would fly Southwest again! Will recommend to my clients too!

About Southwest Airlines
Dallas-based Southwest Airlines (WN) is the world's largest low-cost carrier. Southwest operates non-stop flights to more than 100 destinations across 10 countries. Unlike many major airlines, Southwest does not use hubs, but rather a point-to-point system. About 15 airports with a significant amount of WN flights have been designated as focus cities. The airline's fleet is configured with just an Economy Class cabin. In contrast to many low-cost carriers, Southwest does not charge a fee for up to two checked bags; non-alcoholic drinks and pretzels or peanuts are also free on board. Early boarding access, automatic online check-in and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
