Well, you get what you pay for. I arrived and the boarding process was fine. While on the plane I was asked 3 times to see that my seat-belt was on. Leah-the flight attendant insisted that she get me an extender for the seat belt. She was not quiet or customer focused at all while interacting with me. As she...More
Have been flying SW for years and they have never disappointed. They have always been on time, and the flight attendants are friendly (although I miss the days when they could really clown around without repercussions). I have a SW credit card and always have enough points from the card and business travel to fly free several times a year.
Really enjoyed the Southwest flight! Flight attendants were attentive and humorous; boarding is easy in their "zones" and the experience was pleasant overall.
Sunday morning and my first flight at 8:10 was cancelled. Re-booked at 10:20 and finally left at 11:20. Perhaps it was a problem at SFO but for a flight of an hour, this was a mess!
Flight attendants were attentive and gave great service. Pilots were a little rough on the landings. Snacks were plentiful and not just peanuts. No baggage fees! Boarding could have been better. Highly recommend SW Airlines for travel!
Outbound could NOT have gone smoother. From early check-in, to Docs OK, to friendly folk in the cabin. Return Inbound - smooth as above. Even with the boarding policy SW has, the PUJ staff took command and all went smoothly - even without the numbered poles. Very great experience!
I love Southwest. Travelling to BWI for a connector to FLL. Friendly staff all of the time. I really do not like to fly but when I fly on Southwest the flight attendants always make the flight fun and it takes my mind off of flying.
I enjoy flying SW Airlines as most times I get a direct flight to Raleigh and again most time on my return. The crews are just great and the planes are comfortable. I love not having to pay for the first bag being checked in and being disabled I am able to board ahead of everyone and can select which...More
Was impressed and that families with small children were able to board first as well as handicapped people. The staff was helpful, courteous and pleasant.
I was able to get a great deal on Southwest for this flight. I often use Southwest, but I hate the open seating policy. I have purchased Early Bird Check-in in the past, but now I find it is a waste of money. I want to get into the A group, but have been placed in B group or at...More
