Any frequent traveller will probably agree with me when I say that air travel is very different in the US compared to most of the rest of the modern world. Attitude and treatment from ground and flight staff as well as facilities in general are below par with their counterparts in the rest of the developed world, and the gap...

When we go to New Zealand (twice a year) we usually fly on Air New Zealand. This time, since United has begun flying this route, we thought we should give United a try, since I am a Million Miler on United. My loyalty proved to be misguided. To give them credit, the crew acted like maybe they knew what they...

Overall, we had a great experience with united this time around. Staff were friendly. I would only suggest giving customers a heads up before the flight about pre downloading the united app. (in order to use the inflight services) Many people seemed to be confused about this service.

In January I booked a flight for me and my husband to New York on Thursday 24 November, returning Monday 28 November. In July I received an email informing me they were changing our flight home to Sunday 27 November. There was nothing I could do, they had changed their schedule and that was that. I had booked my hotel...

For the most part the service on UA Fl. 85 was quite good. My primary concern is that the temperature control and air pressure were inconsistent. The temperature started cold, turned warm, and then went cold again. The air pressure seemed to vacillate in a similar way. It was horribly uncomfortable, but it was annoying. I think I got sinus...

The aircraft was a small regional jet. I sat in the exit aisle - seat 18A - so I had plenty of of leg room. There was no Wi-Fi. We departed on time and arrived early. The flight was packed with no empty seats that I could see. The flight crew was friendly.

The aircraft was an Airbus 319A. I sat in the economy plus section so I had a fair amount of leg room. Free Wi-Fi entertainment was provided for our personal devices. We departed on time and arrived early. The flight was packed with no empty seats that I could see. The flight crew was friendly.

A while back I flew on UA and the wifi was not working for our flight. Someone complained to United and they all sent the passengers $100.00 in a free flight! I was super excited and had intentions to use the certificate but forgot about it and it expired. I simply talked to a representative about my experience and after...

Reviewing an airline is such a broad thing to do. So, to narrow it down I will write of actual travel, onboard entertainment and lounges. The planes I have taken recently have been on time. This has seemed to be an improvement from years ago when you could bet on them being at least a half an hour or more...

My wife and I took a Thanksgiving trip - this is an annual event for us - this time to Munich, Germany. We flew Business Class both ways between IAH and MUC; going via FRA we were on a Boeing 787 and returning the equipment was a 767. On both flights we found the flight attendants to be friendly, attentive,...
