This is the worst airline I've ever flown. The first flight on the way to my destination was laid over for 5 hours, and I missed meeting someone in Frankfurt all together, they couldn't even get me there, I had to go to Munich instead! My international flight with them, on the way back, had no personal entertainment unless you...

Always a great flying experience when I fly with United! Perfect landing as always. Came around a few times for complimentary drinks! Entire staff friendly.

The ailine has a major hub in Houston and tends to have more flights daily. Compared to service when it was Continental, service standards appeared to have dropped.

Took this flight last evening and have now vowed to never fly United again if at all possible. The seats are tiny and passengers were jammed into the plane. The seats were totally uncomfortable and for people with long legs like myself, it was an extremely uncomfortable flight. Take out the extra row of seats, United and stop trying to...

Friendly service and we arrived 25 minutes early. The ladies at the gate were so funny joking about their Denver Broncos versus me flying in from Charlotte, home to the Panthers. Thankfully, I was a temporary Denver fan.....lol Very comfortable trip. In addition, since I'm a member of the military, my bags are checked for free. Thank you.

Flights were on time and thankfully no delays. We had to sit in the back of the plane on two legs of the trip and the sound of the engines was very loud, so not very relaxing.

We were initially delayed by the crew who needed more time from their last nights flight. Understandable - but after we got seated we were told they needed fix a screw on the divider between 1- the rest of us. Another 45 minute delay. We had a 2.5 hour layover in Houston which was reduced to 10 minutes. We were...

This was the first time flying on the United Airlines. Although it was a no frill trip, the flight was efficient for leaving on time and pleasant staff.

We always travel by United, however lately the staff onboard show a lot of slackness and indifference to the passengers overall . Traveling with kids is never easy and on top of it their attitude is not friendly. Their Airplane is also very small especially in case of smaller distances lets say St Louis to Chicago, the flight time is...
