Finally, United got rid of their 40+ year old 747s.....they held on to them way too long. The new 777 that I rode on had leather seats in economy now, at least in Premium Plus. More importantly, everything worked. The last few flights on the old 747s....man, lights, seat recline....so many things were broken. So, United finally brought it's APAC...

I like flying United, the flight crews are usually friendly and fast. Everything on the flight was as expected. I wish United and other airlines wouldn’t explain their boarding passengers by premium, gold or however they class them. As if they are going to shame people into paying more $$ so they can feel better about themselves. Really?

I am very angry and frustrated with our experience flying with UA. We had our flight from Miami to Denver with connecting flight in Houston. Our Miami flight was delayed and we missed our flight. From there they kept placing us in standby lists, no luck we had to spend the night in Houston. Costumer service refused to pay for...

United has a pretty long way to go to meet basic expectation. Moderate service, moderate updated aircrafts. "Being on time" I assume certainly not among the best.

One of the worst experiences we have had flying. One trip. Four flights. One cancelled. Two very delayed. One we never even got to because the connections was cancelled. To their credit, they got us seats on American to get us to where we needed to get. First Class on the way home was the worst First Class we have...

For our weekend trip to Las Vegas, we chose to fly United. On our first of four flights (Cleveland to Newark) the plane was so stuffy and overheated that a member of our party got sick. The flight attendants were unobservant and nowhere to be found. On our third flight (Vegas to Los Angeles), we were on the plane for...

The trip was two legs in total, YYC to IAH and then IAH to GIG. Great service and on time for both legs of travel. No issues with baggage. A great travel day.

The new Polaris Service on United is just terrific. The seats are super comfortable. The bedding allowed my husband and I to actually get 6+ hours of sleep. The service and food was tasty. I will definitely fly Polaris service again.

When I pay cold hard earned cash for a First Class ticket I am doing so because I want more room, service and QUIET!!! So when a toddler is crying for 95% of the flight it is a real bummer. Especially when the parents are not doing anything to sooth the child. There are so many things parents can do...

New Polaris seat in 777-300 has higher partition, and 1-2-1 row arrangement. Not like other 777-200 Polaris seat, just modified little type. Best sleep I had during flight since I started fly, 1962. New horizon. Like blanket or others are not much impressed, though. One warning: Watch UA's web page seat layout careful. I was 02D: second from top, seat...
