While on this trip, an emergency came up and I needed to reschedule my flight. While I understand the rules of economy purchase, I was surprised that the only answer I got from over 8 representatives was no we can't help you. Only one agent was willing to go the extra step to look up my options for a new...

Of course, our flight from Chicago had to route via Newark. Flight from Chicago was great, but I would characterize the flight itself to Bermuda as mediocre at best, even in business class. Snacks only on this leg. The gentleman sitting next to me told of how United used to fly to Bermuda year-round on a wide body plane and...

Family of 3 for summer vacation. Class was Polaris CDG to LAX and SFO to CDG It's the sum of small things that ruins the customer experience. Those tickets are expensive. Application is buggy and registration was not working. One hour late during our connection. They lost one luggage in LAX. 2 days to get it back. Poor service over...

If you rant rushed to get to London take the flight that leaves out of Dulles in the morning arriving about 9PM in London. That way you don't have to reset you biological clock as you can get a good nights sleep and be ready to go in the morning. Have taken this fight many times and it is the...

I had not heard they no longer allow a roll on carry on, only the personal bag or I would have gone up to plus seating. The seats were so jammed tight. The Flight Attendants were fast, friendly and efficient.

RT flights on the ERJ-145 From EWR-YQB. Never having been on one I was excited to get onboard and experience the aircraft. The one thing that wasn't a surprise was what numerous TA replies had mention, the bumpiness of the flight. (Not United's fault) Other than that only minor complaint was I needed my caffeine fix on the afternoon flight home...

I had to drive to my destination of Redding CA upon arrival and upon departure was held or delayed one hour so in turn missed my connection. Now I have to fly from SFO to Chicago and then home to Dallas. RED EYE.....No apology, I am very disappointed...
