Worst airline I have every traveled with.our bags were lost between Barcelona and Rome. The assistance we received was terrible. Their attitude was bad luck, claim it on insurance. Despite the fact all our collection of of souvenirs were lost. They just didn't care.

Unfortunately, it is the worst flight experience. Once I arrived to Barcelona coming back from Ibiza on July 20th I didn't find my bag. Eventually they offered almost 200 € as a compensation which I refused because the luggage and its contents cost more than 3000€ moreover i attached to them receipts for 1000€ that I bought necessary because of the luggage lost. I will sue the company.…

Not happy!!! The flight was delayed, which I can understand. We are due compensation for each traveller which has been almost impossible to claim. I have managed to claim for one passenger but unable to get them to respond if understand that there are two passengers and we are entitled to compensation for both. The online automate chat is terrible and my details are not recognised, despite being the main passenger I not recognised on the booking! The telephone customer service is very very poor, the staff were curt with me when I finally got through to someone and still waiting for confirmation that my claim has even been received. I not hopeful… despite being due 400 euros! Beware !!…

My first and last flight with Vueling. The flight was delayed for hours (which of course can happen). No information at the airport. No one to ask. I just got emails telling me that the flight was delayed. At first 1 hour, 2…. Until 7 hours. No information onboard about our connective flights. Just go to counter .. in Barcelona. ”Shall there be someone there to help us?”, I asked. ”Yes, sure” No, there was only a sign about the app. The only thing I could do was to ask for a refund in the app at 11 pm. After running around at the airport, someone finally told us to go to the Vueling check in counter. Those poor people have the must awful job, having to deal with a bunch of tired, angry and sad passangers. So my advice: dont never ever in a million years choose Vueling!!!…
