Travelled to Bali on Malindo Airlines on 22nd July 2018 and returned to Melbourne on 5th August 2018. Trip over in a 737-800 was good in a plane that had all the services as you would expext of an Airline today. Serice was also good. Trip home from Bali was appeared in an older 737-800 which lacked some items. No...

Great flight, enough leg room. They were nice enough to let me take a front row seat as it wasn't occupied. Had a great time travelling with Malindo and will once again fly with them. Food was great and the service was excellent !

If you give me the option between two other low cost carriers, I would still choose Malindo. Extra baggage, sufficient leg space, complimentary meals on board, in flight entertainment, to be honest I am a simple traveler and the fact that Malindo checks all these boxes without excessive charges makes me happier than a button. I've had to change my...

This airline sells itself as a full service airline, but at a budget price. Aircraft used was a Boeing 737-800 and the flight left Perth on time at 1500hr. The meal service was announced as 'Lunch" and was served at approx 1700hr. As the flight departed at 1500hr you would think that the airline would delay the meal service a...

Flying from Melbourne to Bali first time with Melinda Air. Times were good and the seats were big . The only problem was the service on the aircraft. I asked for a drink of water and 25 minutes later I had to ask again to be told the food was on its way.,food was very basic but nice .If you...

If there’s one thing Malinda gets right, it’s the value of money we pay. It’s like a midrange phone, fairly priced but has lots of value. Seats had a lot of legroom to be comfortable with and the seats themselves felt good to have a nap on. The complimentary snack they gave us (a ‘pizza’ as they call it) was...

I was a bit nervous flying a new airlines. But the front few rows of seats had great extra leg room without the extra charge. Only thing I didn't like is NOT selecting your seats. I am very nervous when flying and must sit near the front aisle seats so had to go early to make sure I got them.

our flight was only half full so we had a spare seat between us. Noticed the leg room was much better than we have experienced on SQ and JQ so would recommend them as a good budget alternative. The food was just ok. Entertainment was provided and we watched 2 movies on the way over, the choice was a bit...

I must admit I read some of the reviews for Malindo AFTER I had purchased our tix and was a bit concerned. However it was perfectly fine. All inclusive, 25kg baggage, blanket, pillow, individual movie screens, meals and beverages (no alcohol) for a great price. Unfortunately on the flight to Bali one of the toilets was out of order (that...

Let me start by saying we were totally upset when told by the cabin crew once we have boarded the plane that the in-flight entertainment system is not available on our flight. This they said due to some technical issue Malindo Air was having with the actual aircraft that was assigned and as such replaced with an aircraft that came...
