The flight left on time, no delays. The staff are friendly and as flight was fairly empty, had great seating.

We were very surprised by the overall experience flying with Mango. The seats were roomy and comfortable, the staff were excellent, and unlike our local offshoot of Qantas, they were willing to let us on even though we had been delayed getting through security. Highly recommended

It was me and my son's first time ever flying and quite an enjoyable experience. I forgot my whole wallet at home with my ID, drivers and bank card in it so I was unable to check my luggage in with my boyfriend and son's, but a very friendly man at the check-in advised that I could check my bag...

It's everything we've come to associate with low cost airlines in SA. Food and drinks can be bought on route and often if you fly towards the end of the day, not all options indicated in the menu are available as they ran out during the day. More legroom than other low cost airlines. Only downside: they are barely ever...

This was my first flight on Mango (budget flight operated by SAA). Service and cleanliness of cabin was good. A big plus for me was the flight's punctuality and comfort. The snack trolley was adequate, but the selection was limited. One negative feature was that the seat backs completely obliterated the safety demonstration. Unless one had an aisle seat and...

Love the fares but the ride comfort really matches the price. You have to use cash to buy inflight bites. Good for short trips only.

There were no problems with check in, it was easy. The flight was comfortable and the staff professional. For my first time in a Mango flight I was pleasantly surprised it was so well run.

There's very few airlines to choose from when flying locally in South Africa. Mango airlines is South African Airways low-cost airline. Flight prices are generally comparable to their competitors eg safair. Having a Multiply rewards program, we get a twenty percent discount, so naturally Mango is my airline of choice. The check-in staff are always friendly. This time around, I...

Flew Mango from Cape Town to Johannesburg recently and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and more importantly the flight was on time.
