Under no circumstances must you purchase from this vendor. We purchased this day trip and the voucher provided was not accepted at the zoo and I had to pay again. DO NOT USE THIS.

I’m sorry to hear about your disappointment and I would like to personally assist you with making things right. we cannot track your name with our bookings. We need to make sure that you are reaching correct supplier for this booking review.
Please note all our confirm booking will receive final e ticket by e mail as well to your TripAdvisor messenger before you travel. Please note we are Cleary mention on TripAdvisor voucher that TripAdvisor voucher is cannot direct redeem at counter and we will send the e ticket voucher to redeem at the counter with instruction. Same we was provided our hotline no as well for any challenges. As per my record for all the tickets booking we sent customers e mail with the booking instruction and if you contact me , I will provide the all the proof.
