Your morning starts with early pickup from your Ocho Rios hotel in an air-conditioned coach. Learn about Jamaica’s history and culture as you travel past outdoor markets, a banana plantation, and the site of the 17th-century Rio Nuevo Battle.

On arrival at the Blue Mountains, stop by Blue Mountain Coffee for brunch and see a coffee roasting demonstration. Next, get fitted with a bike and protective gear and start your downhill ride from 5,600 feet (1,700 meters) up in the mountains.

Cruise down the mountainside at a relaxed pace and make several stops at scenic lookout points. Ride through dense tropical forest and keep an eye out for the giant swallowtail butterfly, as well as other native plants and wildlife.

After a late lunch, stop for a swim at a nearby waterfall and then hop back in the coach and end your tour with hotel drop-off in Ocho Rios.

Lots of Car/Van Time, But Beautiful Scenery and Fun Guides

Our driver was skilled and welcoming . . . but since we stayed in Ocho Rios, the round trip meant we were in the van for about 5 hours. All down hill, which was fun, and the guides were really interested in making us comfortable...More

Jamican jungle - freewheelin by bike down the mountain - ice-cool waterfall dive

This was the highlight of our honeymoon, it combined our most intimate view of Jamaican life during the bus tour to the park, it culminated in some toe-curling during the circuitous bus ascent up Blue Mountain, but all is forgotten once you are set loose...More

Cycling down Blue Mountain was the best day of our Jamaican trip. Even the 3-hour bus ride was amazing - the driver told fun, informative stories of all the sites we passed and created a great community feeling on the bus. Once we arrived at...More

Beautiful Scenery, Easy Bike Ride, Great Fun

Staying in Ocho Rios recently, we decided to take the tour into the Blue Mountains for this downhill bike ride from (almost) the top of the peak. It's a good couple of hours drive from Ochi, through Portland, past the banana farms and starting your...More

A few hours but you will see beautiful scenery and be entertained by the guide commentary. The driver stops at a convenience store once along the way for anyone wishing to purchase snacks and/or use the washrooms.

They did stop at the office HQ for the tour which is at the address you are asking about, I believe. I'm not exactly sure of the time since they stopped at a couple of resorts before going to their office which took a bit... More
