About
Friendly, responsible, and courteous staff that guides and informs our clients of all courtesies available to them. This would include free on-board refreshments, very tentative and entertaining tour guides, the opportunity for clients to sitesee and browse for memorabilias, providing exciting and historic information about sites and the destination at large, and tends to any special needs or requirements which may arise and that are within our abilities, all while in our care. We do also offer on occasions collectibles such as shirts, keyrings, hand banks and a number of other items for visitors to remember us by.
We understands the concept of customer satisfaction, and so takes pride in structuring not only the information on our products; but also incorporates in our interactions the support needed to create memorable experiences, and the opportunity for our visitors to learn and appreciate our beautiful islands and its culture.

We were left at the dock and had to ride with a different group who graciously gave us a ride because our ship was leaving soon. I thought the whole experience lacked any organization. The logistics with the company started out rocky and I spoke to the coordinator. She corrected it and put us on a boat with just my family and boat crew. They didn’t plan on the cruise ship timing well but corrected it by sending us off solo. It was an amazing time and the Captain and assistant were awesome. They made sure we had a great experience with the stingrays and snorkeling. I appreciate the company correcting the lack of planning.Written 16 February 2025

Through NO fault of theirs, we missed our pick up for Stingray City and Coral Gardens Tour. The meeting information was very clearly provided, and we missed it - Katie went above and beyond to come find our group, and get us on the same tour with a different provider so that we didn't miss out. The tour itself was amazing - so much fun - I would encourage anyone looking for something exciting and different to do in the Caymen Islands to give it a try!Written 3 March 2024

When I called, they arranged for us to join another tour and were going to take us to the beach afterward, but we decided to go back to the ship because we were tired.
