Overview

Puerto Vallarta is a colorful beach town situated alongside the warm, shallow waters of Mexico’s Pacific coast. During this fun and in-depth sightseeing excursion, you’ll tick off all the top attractions, from a stunning seaside promenade to the vibrant downtown. Perfect for first-time visitors, the guided tour also makes a stop at a local tequila distillery, where you’ll have a chance to sample the fiery agave-based spirit.

What to Expect

Puerto Vallarta, one of Mexico’s most picturesque beach communities, can be challenging for first-time visitors with its top sights spread out around the town. Easily get the lay of the land during this action-packed sightseeing excursion—topped off by a tequila tasting.

After convenient hotel pickup, head straight to Puerto Vallarta’s dynamic and vibrant downtown area, where craft boutiques and buzzing restaurants line scenic lanes. Peek at the Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, one of the town’s most recognizable landmarks.

From the town, head deep into the jungle to see the stunning natural formations of Los Arcos and spend some time at Mismaloya Beach, a white-sand cove famous for its crystal-clear water.

Then sample Mexico’s most famous export: the agave-based spirit known as tequila. Your guide will then escort you to a tasty local seafood restaurant, where you can opt to try the catch of the day (own expense).

Well, we stopped in a small town on our way, where we bought coffee and pastry with our own money. So, you may need to eat something before going to tequila tasting !!! Aside from included lunch, you feed yourself.
