Dear Maria, Thank you very much for your review, we are happy to hear that overall you have a good time, we are sorry if the tour was not as you expected, the snorkeling time at the reef has always been of 45 minutes and the snorkeling equipment eas delivered to you esterilized and sealed in plastic bags and the quality of it is certified and it's the same equipment you get in parks like Xcaret or Xel-ha, sorry if it wasn't what you expected but you are always welcome to bring your own equipment. The time in Isla Mujeres is for lunch because of the new regulations of isla Contoy which is a National park, we are not alowed to eat at the island because of the new normality and that is why we stop at isla Mujeres at the end. We will pass your kind words to all of our crew and we hope that, if you come back, you let us take you in another adventure in this or any other of our tours. Isla Contoy is a beautiful island that many do not know. It is every bit worth it. The ride there was awesome with amazing views. The staff is very attentive and make it enjoyable to and from the island.

I had a great time swimming with Whale Sharks with Captain Joseph and guide Willy Wonka. Just make sure you go with an empty stomach or else you might get seasick but they too great of our group and made sure we were safe and comfortable. Thank You so much!
