Small-Group Wine Tour from Niagara Falls with Hotel Pickup
US$79.00
Overview
With fertile vineyards lining the sun-soaked hills, Canada’s Niagara region is a wine-lover’s dream destination—but knowing where to find the finest wineries requires local knowledge. On this morning or afternoon tour, spin through the Niagara countryside with your guide, and pair local wines with cheeses and charcuterie in up to four different wineries. Enjoy personal attention from your guide on this small-group tour—limited to 14 people.
What to Expect
The guide will greet the travelers in the lobby of their hotel in Niagara Falls or Niagara-on-the-Lake.

At the first winery stop, travelers will enjoy an interactive cheese and charcuterie tasting seminar with multiple different cheeses along with local cured meats and french bread during a seminar about style food and a wine pairing event. In this event with a professional guide to lead your tour, you will explore how food and wine can be paired, how they are processed and their distinct flavors and origins including a tour of working barrel cellar, and 3-5 tastings of wine at each of the three wineries.

Know the largest underground barrel cellar in Ontario and see the complete wine making process at Pillitteri Estates. Taste a minimum of three to four wines or more per person, per winery, including premium whites, reds and some of the best and rarest Icewines in the world, including the ultimate rare red Icewine, this wine tour exclusive!

The third winery visit will be at a smaller boutique winery and will include 3-4 tastings.

Duration of tour is approximately 5-6 hours, with approximately 45 minutes spent at each winery and usually an hour at Pillitteri for the Grand Tour and tasting. Time allowed at each winery for purchases, that may be stored in the vehicle.
