What to expect
Your half-day London tour begins in the city center. Meet your friendly guide and grab a seat in the vintage red double-decker bus, then sit back and take in fantastic views of the city awakening around you. As you ride, hear interesting anecdotes about passing local sites such as Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, St. Paul’s Cathedral, and Westminster Abbey—the venue for every coronation since the 11th century and 16 royal weddings! Next head to the banks of the Thames River, where you get an up-close view of the formidable Tower of London. Built by William the Conquerer in the 11th century, the site has a long and stormy history as a prison and execution site. Before continuing on, hear a bit about the famous Beefeater Guards and the Crown Jewels that are housed in the impenetrable fort. At Tower Pier, board a sightseeing boat and grab a seat in the glass-encased saloon or on the open deck. Drift in comfort along the banks of the historic Thames River and discover London’s history through lively audio commentary. Relax as the boat makes a short loop under the London Bridge, passing the Houses of Parliament, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, and the London Eye. After your cruise, hop back on the bus and head to Buckingham Palace to watch the famous Changing of the Guard ceremony. Marvel at the precision and tradition of the ritual, performed by the Queen’s Foot Guard and a military band. Your tour concludes back at your original departure point. Upgrade your tour to include a traditional fish and chips lunch at a London pub!

Great Outing
Feb 2020
We were lucky enough to have an excellent guide. Peter was extremely knowledgeable, informative and funny making the tour relaxed and enjoyable. Maurice provided the driving which was well driven. It was a very well spend 3 hours. I know more about London now than before the trip. It has made me more determined to return soon to see some more London attractions. Keep up the good work.

Wonderful Tour!
Oct 2019
We dragged ourselves to the Victoria Coach Station early on a rainy Sunday. Don’t worry there is a Starbucks if you need a wake up Coffee. They had the open top vintage bus (on really rainy days they have a closed double decker). Mum (75) couldn’t negotiate the stair to the top so we stayed downstairs, this was fine, they allow for lots of spare seats. We could clearly hear the tour guide Steve M from downstairs (where we were lovely and warm). Steve provided a great commentary, he provided history, humour and colour. We had been on another bus tour previously on a different company where the tour guide was not a local and it was very disappointed. Steve really made this tour for us, he did a great job and his knowledge was fantastic. We really got a flavour of the city. Jermaine the bus driver negotiated a massive old bus on the busiest streets of London, I don’t envy him! We chose the morning tour because it had the changing of the guard. This was a bit chaotic, people everywhere, but it’s part of the London experience. Listen to your guides instructions as it is easy to get separated from the group during this time. We saw the highlights and chose where would would go back for a closer look. The Thames tour was short and sweet, I could have spent all day going up and down the Thames, it’s the ground roots of this amazing city. Thanks Steve and Jermaine for a lovely morning.

Inspirational Tour of London with Des
Jul 2019
On Monday 22nd July, Myself and my friend Lauradana, travelled on a Bus Tour with Des. Des, and the platform staff gave us a very warm and genuine welcome, and we felt very comfortable and special on this warm sunny day. Des has some fantastic stories and gems of information that were very memorable. The bola hats add to the magic of this London tour. I would highly recommend these tours.

Premium Tours, Vintage Bus Tour/ Cruise [Tour Guide, ‘Gavin with a G’]
Aug 2019
An EXCELLENT value for money tour for families / couples / or single. Simply this tour will suit all and everyone. What made this event memorable was the tour guide, and this is Gavin with a G, NOT Kevin with a K. Gavin used his obvious knowledge as a 5th generation Londoner speaking about the stories from his Grandparents and his own experiences. Using his skillsets as a thespian with wit, charm and humour, Gavin with a G made this tour for my wife and I a thoroughly enjoyable experience. My recommendation to those reading this review is to book this experience and ‘’ask for Gavin with a G’’ to be your Tour Guide… Gavin with a G, I would like to say again, thank you!

Fun and informational
Aug 2019 • Family
Open double decker tour was a good experience. Meeting point at the bus station needed some extra time, since there are hundreds of tours and buses leaving that depot. So be aware of that.
Our guide Richard was funny and informational. Tour length was perfect for our interest and time. We also got to do some walking at the Changing of the guards, which was good. Be sure to keep up with your guide here, as there are large crowds!

Vintage Bus Tour with Sinead & Luca
Jul 2019 • Friends
This tour was actually complimentary when booking my accommodation but even if it wasn't I would definitely buy tickets.

Sinead is a really good tour guide getting us to the best spots to see the changing of the Guard to giving the information in a fun way.

The Vintage bus itself was one of a kind. People on the streets would take photos of it as we drove past. Great way to see London and to familiarise yourself with the area.

Thank you both for a great day.

Amazing day! Thank you and a big THANK YOU to LLOYD the Routemaster driver :-)
Jul 2019 • Couples
My husband and I took the vintage bus tour from Victoria this morning. Amazing driver Lloyd, drove us through the busy streets and got us to Mill Bank for our lovely riverboat trip. Then, along with 2 other passengers, Lloyd took us back to Buckingham Palace for our State room visit! Wow, wow, thank you to our guide too. An unforgettable day ..... We will recommend to all our friends...........thanks again :-)
