Wonderful Day trip to Paris
My family and I had a wonderful tour from London to Paris. Anna was our guide. She did a great job at explaining all the sites and making it fun. We met some friends on the tour. They happen to live in my area and we have remained friends. So if you get a chance please take this tour.

Fun day in Paris
Excellent day spent in Paris with Anna as our tour guide. It’s a fast pace tour and you must be very mobile to keep up. We saw the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Arc de Triumph and we ate authentic French cuisine. We opted not to have lunch with group and ate near the Eiffel Tower. Anna was exceptional ensuring we were all accounted for and provided great customer service. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and funny! A woman with a great spirit. I highly recommend this tour and hope you get Anna!! Premium tours is lucky to have her!!! Thank you Anna for a great day!

Cannot beat this day even if you tried planning yourself

From the beautiful train ride to the River Cruise, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre...really cannot beat the experience...Our tour guide Anna was super...she was insightful, personable and funny too...made for a very nice day!

Needs to have a bus with an upper deck
The train trip over was a neat experience. The bus from the train to the boat was one level an just whized by many things. Trying to take pictures through windows at top speed was no fun. First stop was the river cruise. This was nice. Then the group walked to the Eiffel Tower for lunch. We were given time to walk around before meeting back at the bus. I was traveling alone and got turned around. No one could help me find my way back and when I called the travel company they were of no help. I wanted them to get me in contact with out tour guide so she could give me instructions on how to get back. Useless. By the time I found my way back down to the water way the bus had left for the next destination. Since I knew they were going to the Louve I managed to catch a taxi there but by the time I arrived they had already gone in so I had to stand in the waiting area until they came back out an hour later. Safe to say I was very tired and frustrated. It would be a good idea if tour guide gave out their number to contact in case someone has an issue while on the trips.

We had a fantastic time on this trip-Anna our guide was wonderful,and Frederick the driver drove us safely around the busy streets of Paris! 3 course meal on the boat trip along the Seine was lovely,and saw all the sights in Paris on a sunny day! Would highly recommend this trip

Amazing day trip in paris!!
We are a couple from London and didn't know what to expect from this trip as it was our first time to Paris. At first it seemed that it was going to be just another guided tour, however Anna our tour guide was just amazing and the way she managed our trip was nothing less than spectacular. With her joking nature of explaining the history of Paris and the well handled situation of making us feel like we were in a beautiful adventure was the best part of the day. It was my birthday, so my wife and myself wanted to experience a nice special day. I think it was an amazing day spent in Paris and all thanks to Anna for making this so memorable. She is an asset to premium tours.

Fantastic Day Out

Full marks to Premium Tours for our Guided Paris Day Trip from London. The tour guide, Anna, who was with us all throughout the trip was organised, attentive, informative and professional, and the actual timings of the activities included were expertly adjusted by Anna and the coach driver where necessary due to security concerns, demos, road and bridge closures etc. The champagne lunch in the Eiffel Tower, the cruise on the River Seine on Bateau Parisien, and the visit to the Louvre were the high spots of the day.
It is a very early start from St. Pancras admittedly, and our jury remains out on whether travelling Standard Premier (first) Class on Eurostar is worth the extra outlay, but these are no reflection on Premium Tours; we would also love to credit the tour company for organising the superb spring weather if we could! We booked our trip to celebrate the 18th Birthday of our niece, who assures us that the whole experience was memorable. Full marks for a fantastic day out.

Awful customer experience. The representative I spoke to was extremely rude and short tempered though I kindly inquired about a potential refund / change in trip due to the protests in Paris. Every major museum, monument is closed but he demanded I still go and stay away from downtown.

Nice Introduction to Paris

I have never been to Paris before and this tour was a nice introduction. Charlotte was our guide and she did a fine job. I liked that we got a lot of time at the Eiffel Tower. I thought that the bus tour was pleasant. Our time at the Louvre was too short but again it was an introduction. The Seine cruise was nice but there was no commentary as to what we were seeing. The train ride to and from Paris was enjoyable. The one thing that I didn't like was they made a big deal about being there before 6 a.m. and there was no one there until after 6 a.m.

One Busy Day

Our guide for the day was, Charlotte and although she had a quiet, soft voice she did an excellent job of keeping everyone together (quite the task in very busy areas) and keeping the whole tour on schedule. The Eurostar train was on-time in both directions, our champagne lunch on the Eiffel Tower was tasty and the staff were well organized. Would have loved more time at the Eiffel Tower but in-order to meet the return train we had lunch and a very short time before needing to return to our bus. The ride back to the train station through very busy, crowded streets made for a rush ending to the tour. Definitely need more time in Paris and would like to return.
