Game of Thrones and Giant's Causeway Full-Day Tour from Belfast
From US$47.50
Overview

Combine a comprehensive Game of Thrones–themed tour with a visit to the Giant's Causeway, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, on this full-day tour from Belfast. Leave the navigation and driving to someone else while you enjoy the scenic ride and listen to behind-the-scenes gossip and filming facts from your guide. Convenient pickup and drop-off from central Belfast makes for a hassle-free trip.

What to Expect
Start your tour with convenient pickup at a central Belfast hotel, where you'll board your vehicle and meet your group. As you travel, hear about the show's history of filming in Northern Ireland.

You’ll see Cushendun Caves, where Melisandre gave birth to the creepy shadow child, and Ballycastle, where some of Varys' scenes were filmed. Stroll down the Dark Hedges road, used as the King's Road on the show. Journey on to Larrybane Quarry and the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, both used in several scenes. Listen to behind-the-scenes facts about the show from your guide.

After lunch (at your expense) in the fishing village of Ballintoy, travel to the Giant's Causeway, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Learn about the geological formation of the unusual basalt columns and the legends of giants they inspired.

En route back to Belfast, relax and take in the views before downtown drop-off.
