Rosslyn Chapel and Hadrian's Wall Small Group Day Tour from Edinburgh
US$50.61
Overview
Take the stress out of planning your own way to Rosslyn Chapel and Hadrian’s Wall on a guided tour that includes round-trip transport from Edinburgh. Letting someone else drive between the dispersed landmarks allows you to focus on the scenery rather than the road. Plus, exploring the attractions with a guide means you'll be party to historical commentary that brings the landmarks to life.
What to Expect
This Rosslyn Chapel and Hadrian’s Wall tour starts with pickup from central Edinburgh. Once you board your minivan, get ready for the ride over to Rosslyn Chapel.

At the chapel, take in the stunning architecture as your guide tells you about the chapel’s history and secrets. The Rosslyn Chapel was a filming location for The Da Vinci Code, and many people flock from all over the world to see it.

Afterward, it’s on to the town of Melrose. Here you can enjoy lunch (own expense) before continuing your journey to Hadrian’s Wall. Stop at Housesteads Fort in Northumberland National Park, and take a short hike along the main wall.

On your way back to Edinburgh, make a stop at the Jedburgh Abbey to snap some photos.

Your tour ends with a drop-off back in Edinburgh.

I saw no one with anything more than a handbag or backpack, and no storage. I would contact the tour company directly.
