Best experience in Dublin!!!
Had such an amazing experience with Finn as our guide around Dublin. We are still talking about our experience a week plus later. We learned so much and enjoyed walking around learning the history of Dublin and the writers. Seriously thinking of going again when we are back in Dublin or paying Finn to come drink with us and tell us more stories. 🤔

Great way to spend an evening. Thank you Colm.

Colm Quilligan is a walking encyclopedia with not one boring page between the covers. Because of the covid restrictions drinking IN the pubs was not an option but thanks to his wonderful knowledge and pithy stories we could SOAK up the pub culture. The beginnings of pub life and it's famous drinkers alongside the genteel buildings of the city. For two hours he kept us entertained with the characters from Dublin's history. His Book "Dublin Literary Pub Crawl"is one of those books you don't shelve but keep to hand to pick up and show to friends. Eileen. - Edinburgh.

Literature brought to life
Jul 2021
I was an English major in college, I was traveling with 4 high school juniors who aren't necessarily interested in literature, or at least they weren't.
The tour was fantastic, Colm is so smart and a wealth of knowledge. The pace was very good in terms of both material and walking. He is such a gifted actor, he made the literature come alive. So highly entertaining. Really a fun and edifying evening. I absolutely recommend it whether you are a bookworm or new to these authors.

Great Pubs Even Better Hosts
Mar 2020 • Couples
Did this for our first night in Dublin and it was a great way to jump right into the city. The hosts were excellent and made the price of this tour well worth it. We even went on to some other pubs with new friends made from our group.

One of the best things we did in Dublin!
Feb 2020
This comic duo are amazing and their fantastic literary tour was one of the best things I did in Dublin. It was both fun and informative and we visited some lovely pubs whilst finding out about Dublin's literary history. Would highly recommend it to book lovers, but also those who just want a bit of a unique experience!

Lives up to the zillions of reviews
Jan 2020 • Couples
Having seen the sheer volume of other positive reviews on TripAdvisor, and the fact it’s two men doing what must be a similar routine night after night, I actually assumed they would be tired and kind of over doing the performance of this by now.

I was wrong. It was fresh, entertaining, fun, dabbled with quiz clues and interesting pubs and crazy stories. I have no idea how they pull off such a genuine and funny performance night after night, but they do and you should absolutely go while They’re still inclined to do this.

Thanks for your kind review. It's the actor's training: to appear to be saying it for the first time - every time. We do mix and match though. Some actors work on different nights so they don't get jaded. We have a team of great people. We are going to keep doing it for some time to come. Thanks for joining the DLPC COLM

Great fun and very well done
Jan 2020 • Family
This was a highly intelligent interesting and fun event - well executed by passionate smart actors. My 19 year old was sceptical - not (yet) an irish lit fan but she loved it. The waiting for godot extract was magic and i really loved the oscar wilde goss on the steps at Trinity. Met a lovely couple from Colorado who were celtic lit tragics like me , had a great walk and went to some really good pubs - not the tourist traps. I highly Recommend this tour.

Some of the performances were really great but we were left to drink at 3 pubs alone for about 20 minutes each. It seemed a bit pointless
