Hello, and thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your tour with us; we strive to deliver an excellent product that leaves guests with a great overview of the city plus historical information and anecdotes. We do train our guides to handle groups of up to 20 guests, and I apologize if you felt that your guide did not do a good job of this. We are not legally authorized to use headphones while riding, so we've chosen specific areas throughout the city where large groups can convene. This allows the guide the opportunity to give historical information about each site while guests can also take pictures. I do hope that you'll give us another chance!
