    Honest Review.
So this was booked through Walt Disney Travel Company - Worst experience ever. While Disney to us is a beloved place it should be kept to Orlando. Disneyland Paris is the very poor cousin who is still under construction, in more ways than one! So to start the euro star from london to Lielle - 5 out of 10 - the euro star has been on our bucket list for many years, the simplicity - no flying no nasty airport security! Forget that we went through 3 check points, then a passport stamp although i guess this saves time on the french side. There is only one shop / cafe and one delay caused the whole seating area to be jam packed. Lille station - not very clear plus over an hour wait for the connection but less that 7 minutes on the return. train was very uncomfortable and cramped and people just threw bags on top of other peoples bags and rammed suitcases in so i struggled to get my own out. Ours had been rammed into a corner. Arriving at disney village - what an absolute mess you have to go through scanners to get in - however the exit gates are the first thing you are greated with - not very convienient. The first thing that is strinking is the smoking and vaping that is taking place! This is disney for gods sake! I actually saw a child recieve a burn as he was walking along. It is constant and there is no governance over it - there is smoking/vaping in the park, disney village and the hotels! Next was the state of the disney vilage - boards up everywhere while they continued building people were hearded into sometimes quite tight areas given the numbers of people. At this point i will discuss the construction: when we have been to orlando in the past if construction was taking place it was kept to small areas at a time and caused no confusion or issues to guests. This is not the case in Disneyland Paris! Half of each of the parks are closed and boarded up and hard to move around during busy periods i.e every day! It is like they are trying to do everything at once where they could save time and peoples dissapointment to a minimum if they did one section at a time - common sense. In essence i have paid close to £1500 for a 3 day holiday where i can do less than half the activities or see half the park. Even half the mini rail stations were closed Personal note: the majority of people attending the park are rude and just do not care if they stop in front of you or walk right in to you. This includes sending their children out as miniture battle drones as they do not watch them or control them and blame you if they run in to you! The general attitude is simply rudenes, being a person who appologises when it isnt even my fault i gave up. The Hotel Sequoia Lodge Like the park the hotel was also under construction the pool and oasis were also closed. The bar food was terrible we chose from the menu a beef sausage sandwhich with fried onions - in essence what we recied was a beef hot dog on a chewy roll with a red leciester melted cheese slice on it at an outrageous price. Again everytime we entered the hotel my wife would have her bagged scanned so we ended up not going in. The worst thing we saw is a man with a big back pack walk in and asked by the scanner people to stop - he simply replied oh i have alread been in - so they just said thats fine then carry on! Again as before smoking was allowed right out side the hotel and cigarette butts were left all over the ground. And vaping was constantly taking place in the hotel and the annex building. Now the maids - we stayed late at the bars in the village each night as didnt want to go to the parks early so we put the do not disturb sign on our room (106) but every morning without fail all we heard was the maids laughing and joking even shouting out side our room - it seemed to be the focal point for them - soon followed by the hoover beeing banged against our door. I will not be returning nor will i be recommending it to others. Poor form Disney.

    disappointement
I used to love Disneyland, but my recent visit was disappointing. It feels like the magic has been replaced by endless upsells and overpriced everything. From the moment you step in, you're bombarded with extra charges—Genie+ just to skip unbearable lines, overpriced food that’s mediocre at best, and souvenirs that cost a fortune.

Love Disney but not the rude employees
The park and all the amenities are fantastic but the employees are very rude to non French speaking people. We got eye rolls and rude treatment due to our language barrier and this is not custom Disney treatment.

    An amazing Disney holiday
My family, consisting of my wife, our two daughters (one aged 18 months and the other 10 years old), and myself, went to Disneyland Paris for 4 days. We drove from the UK, took the Le Shuttle, and then continued our drive to Disneyland Paris. The travel experience was very smooth. When we arrived at Disneyland, we checked into our hotel, *Hotel Cheyenne*. The reception team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Our room was smart, clean, and tidy, and we were able to park close by, making it easy to unload our luggage. The walk to the parks was quick and convenient, and we had a priority pass that allowed us quicker access into the park. Throughout the week, we went on many rides, and overall, the experience was excellent. Our daughters' favorite attractions were 'It's a Small World', Dumbo, Buzz Lightyear, and the carousel. The shows were amazing and definitely worth queuing for, with the evening show being particularly incredible. We watched it twice, and the second time we had a much better view from the bandstand area. We paid a little extra for a character breakfast, which was brilliant but a bit chaotic. The characters spent a nice amount of time with us, but the process of getting the food was the hectic part. We had the chance to meet Mickey and Princess Tiana, and we loved having photos with both. The parade was fantastic, so much so that we watched it twice. It was truly one of the highlights. For food, we ate twice at 'The Outpost' and found the food very tasty, with a great selection for the whole family. We enjoyed dishes like butterfly chicken, pizza, and pasta. All in all, it was an amazing holiday, though it was also quite tiring!

    Idiotic service worth zero
Idiotic customer service, can’t get a coffee because the twerp at the counter tells me I have to queue in a non existent queue which is empty, and cuz I didn’t stand on that side I’d have to go back and walk through that side to get to the counter even though there was nobody behind or in front of me??? Wtf does it matter? Told him to f himself and walked out.

    Unforgettable adventure
Absolutely awesome. Never experienced a theme park like it before. We spent two full days between the two parks and got to go on pretty much everything at least once, take in a show, see the parade, and watch the fireworks show twice. Will be a valued memory for our family for a long time Booked two days and both parks. You will not sleep everything in one day We started in Walt Disney Studios and spent from opening till after 5pm hitting every ride. We seemed to be in a mass group at the time that moved to the same rides which meant queue times were long. Definitely didn't have quite the same magic staring here rather than the park itself but it did mean we got to see the main park in the night and day and wouldn't change to have the most exciting rides covered. In the main park we started counter clockwise but honestly wouldn't have made much difference except for being closer to the parade when it started. Expect very long queue times everywhere you go. You can fast pass but honestly it is not worth the extra 20-80 euro for 4 minutes of excitement and we got by without it The park app is your best friend for knowing which ride you should tackle next by queue times. The golden hour between 7.30-8.30 is the best time as some of the longest rides go to zero wait time (avengers flight force <5 mins) Food choice from vendors outside the restaurants is not great and mostly all pastry or sweets treats. Prepare your bag with lots of savoury snacks for the day. If you're on a budget, the McDonald's is the cheapest place in the Disney village but can become crazy busy at the end of the night so expect a bit of chaos. The fireworks show is phenomenal but be prepared to get your view blocked at minimum partially. Lots of folks just try find space and unless you're giant, it's difficult. However the entire main street also lights up with laser effects so the best place is not in front of the castle but near the top of main street.

    Day of Magic
So Magical! We go to Disney World in Florida almost every year so we are huge Disney fans.... Paris didn't disappoint! It was a bummer that Thunder Mountain and Star Tours were closed, but it was on the app so I knew ahead of time. The Tales of Magic Show was absolutely amazing. The buildings on Main Street illuminate like the castle, there is a water element from the fountains, castle projects, drones and fireworks... very impressive!

    So magical and fun
It was such a great experience and meeting the characters was magical.Though when we went there was a giant queue to meet blue and king Louis. It was a hot summers day as well. Some restaurants are so tasty but others are sickly. At cars cafe, tried a burger and it was disgustingly gross. But anyways its a great experience.

    A great time
The staff are friendly and happy to help They go all out to ensure the kids have a magical time The most obvious example of this, was when we went to meet Belle. We had been second in the queue and followed the actress to the meat location. As we got there a few adults without children pushed in front of us knocking my little one over. By the time we then got in the queue they had closed the meet line. We explained the situation to the attendant. Who gave us a access pass to meet Belle at a specific time. My little one then had a brilliant time meeting one of her favourite princesses A truly magical moment and all down to the really kind attendant.

    NEVER COME HERE-WASTE OF MONEY
It was absolutely horrible, can you imagine spending 11 pound on a hotdog, we bought that at casey’s. The chips weren’t even cooked so if you’re planning on eating there come prepared to be disappointed. Out of two days we managed to go on 3 rides. Also most of the rides are rides u can find at a funfair for 2 quid. Everywhere is just overly busy you can’t even walk without bumping into people.Obviously disney can’t help that but with most things barricaded off it makes the walking space smaller. One ride ( i think it was the crush coaster ) had us waiting an hour and 45 minutes and then they had an announcement out saying the rides paused.By the way the announcement was in french and not english so we had to ask the french speakers near us. Most people started walking out of the lines but it doesn't change the fact that i wasted an hour and 45 minutes of my day to be standing around. As a whole i would only purchase a one day ticket as on the second day we thought there was no point but because we’ve payed hundreds of pounds we had to. I would never come back here, why people come back here i have no idea as you spend hours of your time lining up.

Euro Disney is an absolute waste of money
They should be ashamed of the waiting times for all the rides. A wait time of 60-80 minutes were not uncommon for some rides. Sign posting is poor, and a young woman working the pirates of the Caribbean ride on 24/2/2025 morning was very impatient and rude when I could not understand her poor English. We pay too much for what is on offer. Disney should be ashamed of itself

    Disappointed
Was really disapointed in this park .I have been to both Florida and los Angelos and loved them . It was over priced with lots of the rides closed and like 2 hour waits for the ones open. You were stuck in a que with no way out or bench to sit on as you slowly went around the que. 1 ride we got to the boarding point and it broke down so 2 hours wasted. There were more food venues than rides . Saying that the granddaughter loved it as shes only 3 got to meet Woody and Jessy. I don't think i would go back . Also the french are not friendly its as if you’re annoying them.

Not as magical as it should be
Quite disappointed with our trip this time . 3rd visit and definitely not as magical as before . Firstly there is so much construction going on. Most of the village is covered in hoarding. Multiple rides & restaurants had scaffolding around them . Secondly so many rides were out of action throughout the 3 days . Attractions we either missed altogether because they were never open when got to them or had to return to multiple times to catch them open include, Star Wars , Mickeys Philhar magic , petit train , Peter Pan , cars road trip & hyper space mountain . Appreciate things break down & need maintenance, but it happened so frequently on this trip it was frustrating. Thirdly the lack of photo ops was a little disappointing. Only 3 rides have photos & unlike our last visits there were no photographers around the parks for “ magic” pictures. ( we didn’t do any character visits & regretted buying the photo pass) We enjoyed our trip but compared to previous visits it certainly lacked that Disney magic . Visiting between seasons when there is no theme , definitely contributed to the lack of magic . Stalls still had Christmas decorations / lights up which I found annoying ! Won’t say it’ll put us off going back but not the best money we’ve ever spent !

The Park is really beautiful, very clean and there is an extreme attention to detail. I highly recommend, if possible, to attend the daily parades (timetables can be found on the app) and arrange an itinerary beforehand to know what attractions to do and make the most of the time. In fact, through the app, you can see the waiting minutes of the attractions and possibly buy skip-the-line passes (usually from 16 euros per person), which I highly recommend for attractions with more than 45 minutes of waiting. The evening light show, projected on the castle, is also wonderful and moving, but in the end there are a lot of people who have to leave the park at the same time and it can be very confusing. I suggest booking the restaurants in advance, we went to Plaza Gardens and Agrabah Cafè (both with rich buffet) and we enjoyed it, especially at Agrabah Cafè, where the staff is very friendly. Even internal transportation from the park to Disney hotels and from hotels to major airports is organized with punctual buses.
In conclusion... walking around the park you become a child again (or you wake up the child you have in yourself), however being careful to organize yourself well.

You have to line a huge line in the open at zero degrees. Then you have to stop by a dangerous items detection site, and when you already think you can stop freezing, another line comes up that is to present your ticket.
Few places covered, and you can only get rid of the cold by entering the shops or restaurants.
We could see a princess walk, with an unbearable cold (and that we were well prepared), but they are not accessible as for photos, in fact there is a lot of security, which is fine with me, considering the enormous number of people.
I bought the most expensive pop corn in my life for 25 euros, which came in a Cinderella toy.
My 6-year-old daughter enjoyed it, but the cold and tumult made us able to stay for a short time.
Nothing spectacular, unprepared for inclement weather, because I already imagine that line of one hour in the sun 🌞.
To go once and as we said when we left...never again (including my daughter).
Data:
When we were leaving type 2.30pm, there was hardly anyone trying to get in, unlike when we arrived type 9am
In winter go very warm, the cold is unbearable.
Download the app to know what time the parades and activities are done, because you have to save good place to see.

The ticket price is high. About 290 Euros for a family of three where, jokingly, a teenage son is viewed as an adult.
Once inside, I found staff to be generally rude. We were stood waiting for the "Parade", something we waited 45 minutes for. Then, along come the men in red jackets, telling us to move. Even though we were stood in the same position as other families. When I moved forward to ask them why we had to move when we were in line with other visitors, I looked around and our place had already been taken by others. Did they move that family on? Nope. And merely for questioning why my family were being treated differently to others, I was surrounded by two security guards who tried to intimidate me. All for the princely sum of 290 Euros.
Queues for rides are long, and not well documented. Imagine queuing 1 hour for a train ride, only to find that the queue is for a boat ride. Were there any staff we could ask about why we were queuing. No. Were we the only ones thinking we were queuing for a train ride. No. Others were too.
Also, during the stay, a lot of things were closed, or "being improved for our future enjoyment". A bit of a joke, really, considering for most of us it is a once in a lifetime visit.
DisneyLand in HongKong was a million times better, more polite, and more organised than this complete joke of a park in Paris.
The one great thing was the nighttime fireworks and electric show. However, you have to arrive 1 hour in advance if you want to get to see that too. Basically everything is 1 hour, even at the start of the day, Rides often last 2 minutes, no more than 5.
For one ride we queued 45 minutes and suddenly they opened another lane which meant about 30 people who were behind us were now in front of us. A similar thing happened for the boat ride. I am not talking about the people who pay extra for "priority", they just suddenly opened new lanes and let other people jump ahead.
Look, I am not going to dissuade anyone from visiting DisneyLand. All I am saying is that it is overpriced, poorly organised, and staffed by people who seem to be as miserable as many of the visitors looked. Head to the HongKong one if you can.

What a disappointment, the fairy disappeared for a December 25th. No decoration in the studio park, this park is still under construction. signage non-existent, overpriced catering and not adapted to the number of visitors, from the morning the toilets were dirty, no entertainment in the alleys. Very few staff present. Same in Disney Land Park, even if the decoration is this time present but only on the main driveway. Shabby parade with only 5 floats. As in the studio park the signage is non-existent it is better to have a good smartphone with a good battery to guide you, from 5pm the light is very low in the alleys impossible to read the paper plan, you could see nothing. You could see that a lot of people were lost in the alleys. Lots of annoyance in people, start of fight at the train going around the park. We came to the same time five years ago, nothing to see.
For a price exorbitant to 137 euros the entrance for the 2 parks, a parking at 30 euros, if we add reservation of shows, inaccessible without reservation, thread cuts, and gifts for children we could expect much better. This will be my last experience at Disney, next time heading to Asterix Park, Europaparc or Portaventura much better and much cheaper.

I returned from Paris a few days ago. I went on a Monday thinking that it is less crowded beginning of the week and moreover in February very cold period.
The queues are very long both for attractions and for taking pictures with Disney characters.
The parades didn't come out, the evening show didn't come out either.
For the money you spend they should say that there is no parade and show. You only pay for attractions that you can't even do all because too much time in queues. Then being a park especially for children you can not charge the child from 3 years upwards 67 euros in comparison to the adult 72 euros. Little difference. Then popcorn inside a basket of our cinemas to be clear 12 €. A money-making machine. Only for tourists because residents have discounts and season tickets for the whole year.
NEVER AGAIN. !!
This is the review they have not googled me their profile.

I recently visited Disneyland Paris, and let me be straightforward – it was an expensive nightmare that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Firstly, the food is ridiculously overpriced and the quality is atrocious. It’s shocking to see such low standards for the amount you’re forced to pay. You’d expect at least decent meals for the premium prices, but what you get is barely edible.

The park was overcrowded to the point of being unbearable. There seems to be no limit to the number of people allowed in, which turns what should be a fun day into a stressful, claustrophobic experience. The queues for every ride were painfully long – the average waiting time was around an hour unless you fork out even more money for a premium pass. It’s absurd that after paying a hefty entrance fee, you’re still pressured to spend more just to avoid waiting times.

Adding to the misery, the park offers no relief from the scorching heat. There are no sprinklers or shaded areas to prevent heat strokes, which is a basic necessity for a place catering to thousands of people, including young children.

There is also a severe lack of seating areas unless you’re willing to sit in a restaurant and burn even more of your money. It's clear they want to force you into spending more by not providing adequate places to rest.

Everything about this place feels like a scam, from the outrageous prices to the way they nickel and dime you at every turn. The entire experience is a poor value for time and money. What should have been a magical day was nothing but a waste of time and a serious drain on the wallet.

If you're considering a trip to Disneyland Paris, save yourself the disappointment and choose a different destination. This was nothing but an overpriced, overcrowded, and underwhelming experience.

A unique place, the kids love it but it's best to go prepared.
Comfortable shoes, a full wallet and lots of patience.

If money is not a problem, I recommend purchasing premiere tickets, the queues for the attractions are long and not all of them have covered entrances, whether rain or shine, it can be painful.

Make a prior consultation, so that everything is not unknown and you know where you want to go... the venue is huge, some attractions have waiting times that exceed 1 hour.

If you don't have money to spare, I advise you to pack a backpack with a snack to reduce the cost of meals. There are drinking fountains scattered around the premises.

Very organized, constant cleaning, smoking areas and toilets at various points.

The only downside is that the time spent using the amusements leaves something to be desired... an hour to enter, to walk around for a minute... it's frustrating for the kids!

The Disney app with map is only used to see waiting times, to find your way around, ask for a paper map.

Always nice to return, this time with our 2 and 5 year old children.
The youngest didn't pay, the oldest paid over 100 euros, like an adult, a mistake! The prices are exorbitant inside, the queues are very long, I recommend you download the app with the queue update. We were there at the end, it was magic.

Everything was very nice, but it was impossible for us to access the train that goes around the park because when we arrived there was a long line and no one told us that they were going to close at 5:30 p.m., so when we returned at 7:30 p.m. closed. It's really a shame since the park is still open until night and also considering that at night everything was even more beautiful and everything was practically open except for the train. We were a little sad.
We also lacked a little human warmth, affection, since all the attractions don't even give you the time to be able to say wow at the end, you must immediately leave, but of course it can be understood given the number of people present.
The Pirates of the Caribbean is spectacular and the roller coasters, which I don't remember what they are called, are also spectacular, despite being very short in time.
It would be nice to be able to find healthier food that shouldn't be synonymous with sadness just because you don't have 1kg of sugar.
A good meal is missed.
In general it is all very nice and surely worth it.
We also met the blonde lady who has worked at Disneyland's "City Hall" since 1995 and we were happy to give us the front row to see the nighttime fireworks. She was an excellent host and had a lot of passion for her work, an excellent worker and we told the entire history of the park and its creator.
We would recommend emphasizing this place more because in the end, emotions are what matter the most and knowing that each square meter of Disneyland has its reason is extremely important and is truly exciting. Hats off to this worker, she was the only one to establish a bond with customers and we would like them to take that into consideration, Disneyland makes people come and workers like her make people repeat or stay longer.

As expected there were queues. Which is fine as you expect that. But what’s frustrating is that nearly all the girls there wanted to see princesses. And with them only being available very sparsely it creates unhappiness. 2 to 3 hour wait to see a random princess at the pavilion or £50 per person to have a breakfast with them. Which is always sold out.
Why not have more of them walking around the park. Or have one say hi to those queuing hours to see them.
Is it a ploy to get children disappointed so they have to pay for the expensive alternatives such as a toy to keep them happy ?
My daughter has been waiting patiently since Xmas for the chance to meet rapunzel but it was not to be. And to watch her cry when she wasn’t even at the parade was heartbreaking. Would be good to have a full princess display time.
