May 2019 • Couples
I have made Giverny / Versailles Tour last week We have enjoyed to make the two tours in one day, in fact when you are only in Paris during 3 days in Paris it is appreciate... Priority entrance and skip de line acces garanty is really great when you see the number of persons who wait for visiting the castle The staff is really friendly and our guide Serge is excellente we really recommend this tour

I decided to write this comment in English and Spanish to cover as many people as possible. The tour very badly organized first spend most of the day in the Monet's house Giverny a beautiful place but too small then 3 hours is enough time there, also the guide do not tell us that the painter is buried right there a very relevant fact I think. In consecuense we do not have enough time in Versalles, which is gigantic, I am not sure about priority access because we waited 30 minutes leaving 1.5 hours for the Palace and gardens, which is not enough for anything. And as if that were not enough they charged me 60 EUR for my 4 month old baby who does not pay entry in any part and it was all the time in my legs, a robbery !!

Dear Madam, We thank you for your comment. Our excursion is specially designed to visit Giverny and Versailles in one day. The House of Monet, at Giverny, is actually small but restored and furnished as in the time of Monet. The gardens are remarkable for the diversity of flowers, colors... This place has a crazy charm, but only requires 3 hours of visit. We then take you directly to Versailles where we offer you priority access to the Castle. The 30 minutes of waiting you are talking about, is access control and time to give you your audio guide. Without this priority access, it is impossible to visit Versailles in the afternoon because you would have done nearly 2 hours of queue. Finally, regarding the price paid by your baby, it is the transportation cost. In France, all young children must be tied in a baby seat so they take a place in the vehicle. Children are not allowed to travel on their parents' lap. It's a question of security. We remain at your disposal for any further information. Very sincerely Laurence, Director of Agencies

YOU Can Do Better!
Apr 2019 • Family
I was very excited to find this opportunity to see two great sights in one day! But it looks like you can’t kill two birds with one stone. I paid big money just to be driven to Giverny and to Versailles and that’s about it. The tour started few minutes late, there was an attempt from the minivan driver to tell us about Monet, but all of this was just a “home made presentation”. In Giverny we were given too much time to spend in a small garden and Monet’s house. From the driver it wasn’t clear that there was a church and a cemetery with Monet’s grave we could have gone to visit. The lunch was arranged but at 12:30 pm they ran out of the main course on the menu. Then we went to Versailles! Well the line was more impressive then the palace! And it was called “priority access”! We were given three and a half hours total, and we spent an hour and fifteen minutes in line to get inside. You can only imagine how much fun it was elbowing ourselves through crowds in the palace and walking really really fast in the gardens ! So, if you really want to have a good time visiting these sites hire a taxi! You can get to Giverny by train, then hire a taxi and go to Versailles, where you can buy a priority ticket which actually would allow you to have real priority access. Then go and enjoy yourself without any pressure of being late for the bus! You can leave Versailles by train and count all the time and money you have saved!

Dear Madam, We thank you for your comment. Our excursion is specially designed to visit in one day Giverny and Versailles, which would be impossible by train. We offer transportation between these two remarkable sites, from Paris. Indeed, during the trip, our guide presents Giverny and the life of Monet. These are live comments, allowing interaction with customers (unlike audiophones probably well structured, but without any customization possible). You regret spending too much time in Giverny while other guests like to spend the day there. It depends on everyone. The house is small and can be visited quickly but strolling in the gardens is an exceptional moment. You can also visit the village of Giverny which is very picturesque. Regarding Versailles, you have benefited from priority access to the Castle, you would have waited much longer without this cut-file. But Versailles remains the most visited place in France, so there are actually a lot of people in the halls and rooms. If you really want to take the time to visit Versailles, a whole day is necessary, even several days. But this is not possible when staying for a short stay in Paris. We remain at your disposal for any further information. Very sincerely Laurence, Director of Agencies
