      The Louvre is amazing!
The tickets were exactly as described and came with a photo of the correct entrance to use. Be sure to talk to the hosts at the entrance and get in the entry line that matches your ticket.

Awesome museum with no audio guide
The museum itself was awesome and I would give it 5 stars. The audio guide we paid for we couldn’t use at the museum. We got an email explaining what we needed to do while we were in France. The WI-FI access we had in France made it impossible to download the app. The website we were told to access about the audio guide showed an unsecured website with a yellow caution sign. So we didn’t access it. When we got to the museum they explained this was not a museum audio guide so we had no audio guide.

good value for 2 great destinations
You must buy tickets in advance, with a specific time of entry to Louvre Museum. This system works well. We took 4 hours to see the whole museum and impressed as much by its architecture to the exhibits. We went early to avoid crowds but still had to be oatient and wait to see the Mona Lisa. We walked just over 3 km around the exhibits and had a rest at the cafeteria for lunch. Next day we went on the included Seine River Cruise. The tickets were OK and we enjoyed the scenery from in front of the Eiffel Tower starting point to turn oround below Isle de France. Good to see the nearly rebuilt Notre Dame Cathedral

I will never use Trip Advisor again! It is NOT as advertised.
The Trip Advisor person did not pick us up at the designated location for the Eiffel Tower. We had to stand in line a long time!

A bit disappointing. Had been to the Louvre years ago, and it was a great experience. This time, we traveled with our two teens. It was pandemonium inside. They sell too many tickets, the exhibits were overcrowded. You could not walk normal strides. You had to shuffle step. You could not enjoy and absorb the information because you had oblivious parents pushing strollers with crying, unruly children everywhere. A waste of $$$. A two - and three year old has no appreciation for art. My recommendation is to go on a day when there will be no school trips and hope that the Lourve will offer an adult only day and limit capacity. A positive was the Egyptian and Persian exhibits.....fabulous must see.

      Disappointing time at the Louvre
Tripadvisor's online ticket access is terrible. We had a lot of difficulty locating our actual tickets and had to spend time getting help from the assistance office in the museum. TripAdvisor sends too many emails and it is unclear as to where and how to access your actual tickets needed to enter the museum. The bar codes that we downloaded to our Apple Wallet were not the actual entry tickets that were needed. Why make this so complex and confusing, TripAdvisor? We had no idea what our tickets were supposed to look like and wasted a lot of time, with our phones almost dead trying to access our tickets. It should not be this difficult!! Also, the museum was unbelievably crowded - way too many people! We couldn't wait to leave. Will not be returning to the Louvre.

      A Must See
we enjoyed the Orsay more than the Louvre....not crowded and one can admire the art without feeling rushed....fantastic collection of the masters of the impressionist era..

Overcharging for the same thing I could buy separately on my own there was no advantage to booking with you
You're overcharging for all of these events just by being a third party vendor for the same tickets I could buy by myself individually

Overall recommend seeing the Eiffel Tower but do your research on what it costs instead of paying extra for a guide.
The experience was great but it cost way too much money. We paid $300 Canadian. Once we got there we realized you could buy tickets there for the same experience. The only difference was we met the guide a few blocks away and walked to the tower. Along the way she gave us some history of the Eiffel Tower. Not worth the extra 200 plus $$

      Reliable vendor
Very efficient. Sent the tickets and QR code by email straight after we paid. The queue to get in was not that long. Easy entry and a good experience overall. Thank you!

      You simply must!
You cannot visit Paris and not participate in these 2 attractions. It's a feast for your eyes and soul. I was travelling with my elderly Mum and the staff at the Louvre were so helpful offering her a wheelchair for me to push her around so she could see more of the museum. The cruise on the Seine gives you a beautiful perspective of Paris from the water. We'll be back!

      Worth our time
I avoided the catacombs on our last visit to Paris because I didn’t want to just look at a bunch of bones, but after I read a book about how streets and buildings were being swallowed up by the old quarries I decided to go. They do an excellent job of explaining the problem, as well as how all the bones got there. I only wish they had an area where you could see the shoring, but perhaps that isn’t possible.

      Brilliant company and deal
Awesome deal and organisation....tickets arrived by qr via WhatsApp and was quick....went straight into the louvre at the time given with no problem and with ease....the boat had clear directions how to find it and with them leaving every 30 min we could go on it at our leisure. Both experiences were brilliant....the louvre was stunning!!! And I would recommend this company for value and efficiency. Was brilliant from start to finish

The email with the vouchers arrives the day prior to your booking even if purchased weeks in advance. I downloaded all of my other online bookings ahead of time and have them in my apple wallet or open on my browser on my phone prior to the start of our trip, but not this one. Hiding at the very bottom of the email are 5 different hyperlinks to either a jpg or pdf. the first one that says Voucher is not a ticket and specifically says it isn't a ticket. The ticket is labeled merged document and is the 4th hyperlink down. I did not notice this on my phone and had poor reception at the site of the cruise. They would not help me at the ticket booth and I had to buy tickets onsite, essentially paying for the experience twice. The company denied the issue being on their end and refused me a refund.
The cruise itself was just okay. There is some commentary given over the intercom in a few languages, one of them English which does point out some sites. They encourage you to use your phone to listen to audio commentary but it you can't use your phone to take pictures at the same time that you are listening (even with AirPods because it turned off the narration if you left that window. The narration was an attempt to tell a story of the beauty of Paris, but I would have preferred more general information. The boat was nice enough with open seating on top, but I'm sure there are better Seine Cruise experiences available. I did get some great photos though.

Really nice boat ride down the seine, the tour guide was full of information. We went at a great time just before the sun started to go down and docked just as the Eiffel tower sparkled. If going in colder months just wrap up extra warm if you sit uptop outside! The crepes were also their own sight to behold 😍

This cruise was lovely. My partner and I were in Paris for the weekend and on the second evening we went on the cruise. The cruise ticket is valid all day and you can choose when to use it (the boat departs every hour) we got the last boat available that evening and to our surprise it was not overly crowded. You can choose to be downstairs (inside) or upstairs.

Upstairs is open top so was a bit chilly but that was to be expected. The cruise was about 45mins - an hour and was very informative. The views were lovely too

After the cruise we went for a little walk and got to enjoy the free crepe that came with the cruise package

Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend

You should absolutely do the last boat tour of the night! It is beautiful and the boat is practically empty. I did not love the audio that came with the tour (I thought the "relationship" with the Seine and the city was a bit odd), but if you bring some friends and sit on the upper deck, it can feel magical. It's also easy to make a quick friend!

we happened to be in France during the strikes. this was one of the few activities that was still operating (event the Eiffel Tower was closed) so huge shout out to these guys for saving the day. A very enjoyable trip.
The guys who made the crepes were also wonderful - my daughter is 7 months pregnant and they treated her like a queen and made her crepe extra special. xxx

Taking the cruise during sunset was ideal; a break from all the walking, and a nice way to view the city without the crowds. The code for the English guide didn’t work for us, and the audio was too low from the boat speakers, but the ride was smooth a pretty. Directions to the crepe stand were sent via text and were easy to follow. Crepes weren’t anything special, but the guys at the stand were very nice ☺️.

My crepes voucher did not work. The carousel worker scanned the bar code right in front of me and he showed me that his phone said invalid. I requested a partial refund and was rejected. The company sent an email, ignoring that I didn’t get my crepes, and instead told me there is an audio guide. Besides that, The views on the river cruise are nice. I would say the audio guide is okay. Apparently you should have ear buds with you so you can hear it best. I got this tour package so I could also try crepes, but they failed.

It’s a scam, paid for tickets and never received them. They sent me so many emails and every link that I clicked on said “this is not an entry ticket” and that they’d be delivered later via a separate email. The email never came, when we went to the boat they said to check what’s app for the tickets lol so yes a very big scam.

Boat trip of about an hour. If you are on the lower deck, there is a commentary via headsets and the personnel too. It is quite useful. You will likely have to queue for the boat. Took us about 25 minutes all in all. The crepe is ok. Not the best in Paris. It is possible to pay extra for different flavours of crepes. Overall this is a reasonably cheap way to see the sights from the Seine.

We really enjoyed the river cruise and crepe. It was really easy to find the crepe place and it was very nice to eat. Great view of the Eiffel Tower too where you collect it from. River cruise was good. They leave every 30 mins and get fairly busy so try and get there early to get the choice of a seat. The whole tour is 1 hour. You can listen to an audio guide on your phone but we decided not too. There’s a basic guide every 10 minutes or so with landmarks. Would do this again as it gives some great views of the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and the river Seine. It’s a great way to view Paris with a bit of a rest too!
