Absolutely fantastic. If you do nothing else in Normandy, take this tour. Start to finish, a life changer. Our tour guide was Charles; professional, personable, and very focused on making our experience great. He obviously tailored his discussions to our interests while ensuring we had a sense of the major events surrounding the Overlord invasion.

Wonderful experience and well worth the full day. Our guide was excellent and full of knowledge—we couldn’t stop talking about how great the tour was well after the ending!
Pickup is a breeze if you’re staying in Bayeux. Our guide arrived within the provided timeframe and then we were off. It’s a whirlwind of a tour that covers a lot of Normandy. Along the way, our guide shared WWII history, French knowledge of the region, and even important, contextual info that helped fill in the backstory for D-Day. We visited a U.S. paratrooper museum, an important church in a little French village, Utah Beach, a German cemetery, and stopped at an excellent local restaurant about midday.
The tour concluded with visits to Pont du Hoc, Omaha Beach, and the American cemetery. All in all, it was a wonderful way to spend a day in the northwest of France.

I had my tour with Adrien who was amazing. Adrien had an amazing knowledge and was able to impart that knowledge very eloquently. Also a very nice approachable gentleman who would answer any questions. The experience was fantastic, loved every second of it and learned a great deal. Plenty time to take photographs etc and we had lunch at a lovely little cafe in St Mere Eglise. Do yourself a fovaour and take your trip with Normandy Sightseeing Tours - they were brilliant as arrived on time for both my trips (as I had done the British, Pegasus Bridge Tour, the previous day with them) and I had no difficulty finding the pick up point. Thanks Adrien - you are a star !!!

Our family toured the Normandy Battlefield Sites this week and we could not have been more pleased with our experience! Romain was the prefect tour guide. He setup each stop perfectly with just the right amount of information and anecdotes. Don’t miss this tour when in Normandy!

This tour was fantastic! Our tour guide Celine was extremely knowledgeable of the history of each place we visited. Both my boyfriend and I really appreciated all of the detail, explanation and significance of every location we were brought to. If you plan on visiting Normandy and you want to see some of the D-Day locations, I highly recommend this tour!

We took the D Day tour of the Normandy beaches, cemeteries, battle sites this January. Our guide Adrienne provided an excellent tour and great commentary. The tour had a local connection for us. Charles Deglopper, a Medal of Honor recipient, was from Grand Island, NY which is close by to us. He died at the Battle of St Fiere bridge defending his comrades. When I mentioned this our guide took us directly to the site. It was a special moment that we appreciated.
It was nice to go this time of year since there were no problems with crowds, I highly recommend the tour.

Had a fabulous experience with Antoine as a tour guide. His ability to communicate in English is excellent. He is very knowledgeable of the history and provided great historical insights as we arrived at each location. It was a wonderful day trip to learn more about WW II.

This tour was fantastic. Adrian was our tour guide and we had him all to ourselves. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We visited the German cemetery, Utah Beach, the Airborne museum in Sainte-Mère-Église, the American cemetery, and Omaha Beach, all shuttled via air conditioned van. We could've driven ourselves around all the sites but we would've missed out on all of Adrian's stories and background. Take the tour!

Provided transportation was roomy, comfortable, and timely. The sites visited, due to the nature of the visits as memorials to historical World War II battle grounds, were awe-inspiring, reflective, and sad. The knowledge and enthusiastic passion of our guide, Adrian, was incredible and enlightening. Adrian adapted us well to the windy, cool, and rainy weather for that day. In fact, the weather fit the overall experience of this setting of reflection on our world at war. We were very pleased with the tour.

Thank you. Thank you for your nice comments about Adrien and thank you for your comments about the weather...Windy, cool and rainy...Welcome in Normandy. But I agree "the weather fit the overall experience of this setting of reflection on our world at war". I might get some business from November to April
Take care

First, kudos to our guide Antoine. He was extremely knowledgeable and was easy to engage with discussion. This was my second time in Normandy. The first time we winged it and just drove the sites. This was a far better experience getting the details of what we were looking at. The German Cemetery was an unexpected perspective as well. The amount of Normandy tours can be overwhelming, but you can’t go wrong with this one.

It ended about 30 minutes to 1 hours after the flag ceremony at the American Cemetery. You might check that information since it is near sunset. Sorry I can recall the exact tines.
