Really fun experience and the best way to spend your day in Mallorca. Swimming in a secluded beach where it is only accessible by 5 mile hike or by boat is priceless. Just be aware that this excursion is almost 2 hours away by public transport from Palma or an hour away by private car. Plan your day well.

Beautiful boat tour! We got to see the different “Calas” and coves around Cala figuera. Cala Marmols is absolutely stunning and the stop there was awesome, our skipper even gave us snorkeling equipment!

This is 100% worth it. The boat was very comfortable and safe, and the views were incredible! we got the chance to swim in a beach that otherwise we would’ve have to hike 2 hours. This was a beautiful tour and the boat driver was very nice!

Red Star tours staff was very communicative over What’s app which was great. However, we had a few other very concerning issues. First, the online payment on their website would not work no matter how we tried to pay in advance. The biggest concern was that it was very windy and the waves were absolutely massive the day of our boat tour. There was no warning of dangerous conditions on the water from the staff. We went out for 3 hours and were terrified for our lives. The waves were huge causing us to be splashed and freezing cold the entire time. We had no life jackets and feared we may be thrown overboard from the size of the waves. I would not recommend this to anyone who values safety.

We were shown places we would never have seen otherwise. Picture perfect caves, beaches, fishermen villages and more. Skipper was a top bloke!

Such a beautiful area and so nice to see it from the sea. The day we went it was a bit lumpy and we did get wet but it was still a great experience, we would go again.

We booked a 3 hour tour with Redstar but sadly my wife became too poorly to go. Redstar communicated brilliantly and arranged a refund immediately. If only all tour operators were as good as this company

Great team and super fair! We took 2 boats out for 4 hrs - the ones where you don’t need a license (15 hp). We were a family of 4 and thought it was better fun to take 2 boats and they are also not really large. Boat speed was good enough for us - in 4 hrs you can go easily to the nice beaches south of Cala Figuera, anchor there, go for a swim. We had a bit of wind which when you reach open water can create quite some waves - for the small boats and their inexperienced crew a challenge sometimes :-) … bring some dry clothes to change.

Excellent trip. Best way to discover the south east part with the nice little beaches. In the high season these calas are very crowded. We took the trip until Cala des Marmols and went for a swim. I really can recommend this trip.

Really interesting exploration of the Calas south of Figuera including a swim/snorkel stop in Cala Marmols which is inaccessible apart from by boat. Charming and gentle Captain adept in manoeuvring in and out of sea caves. A complimentary beer was most welcome.

We did the 2 1/2 boat ride from Cala Figuera to Cala Marmals and we absolutely loved it. I can highly recommend this boat tour.

Best price for the experience. Only 11 people on the boat, super nice captain, very welcoming atmosphere. We've seen bigger ships on the way, full of tourists - looked like a disaster. Lucky to discover the coast in the best way!

Just took the Explorer Tour yesterday and had a great time! The seas were rougher than expected but our skipper made some adjustments to the route and expertly piloted through the higher than normal seas so we still were able to see the beautiful sights and enjoy the ride!
