About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 307benq0 contributionsYou will be left behind. Take a flare gun.We booked this as we just wanted to see the main reserve, alot of the providers were offering extra to make a day of it. From our stay in Playa Blanca this tour totalled 5 hours, 2 Adults for £42 each. We were collected at 0900 from our hotel by our transfer and taken to our tour bus which set off for 1030 outside of the Aloe Vera museum - an hour and a half transfer. A further 20 minute journey took us to our first stop, the camels. At the time €11 per adult for a 25 minute ride. This was a lovely spot, although we did feel rushed. No time was given by the tour to head back to the bus and we were left behind. A thankful honk from another tour bus and a sprint to ours that had driven off without us. We were back on track. Lol. From there a 10 minute drive to Timanfaya, we were shown 3 interactive features of the volcano but very little information provided. Everyone was given 20 minutes at the restaurant, please bring your own food and drinks as you will not have enough time to purchase anything. The suvoune shop was very busy but a nice range of merch, relatively reasonable prices. A recommendation advised by the fella, to take your travel sickness tablets as the skillful driver will take you on a rollercoaster ride around the volcano. An audio tape is played throughout which is informative. After this you are taken to the wine tasting, with a 30 minute time slot. At this location the tour guide had received printed photos from the camel tour, trying to sell them for €7 each. As customers from Playa Blanca, the transfer back, we were dropped off at a mid point and had to get onto another coach. An ok sightseeing tour. However, I don't feel it is worth the money we paid online; especially when couples paid on the day for a lower price. We felt like we were travelling for a long time for little sightseeing.Written 13 September 2024
- Richard D0 contributionsGreat tour of LanzaroteOne of the best day tours I have been on. Both Tony and Paul from Tour2b really looked after us all day and took us on a grand tour of Lanzarote. Very informative and topped off with a good lunch. I would thoroughly recommend this tour and company.Written 13 September 2024
- Culture439221942710 contributionscheap and easyFairly easy to find, the employees are at the docks with red t shirts on. Nice views and decent seats. you will be asked to choose a return time and you have to stick to it.Written 10 September 2024
- Kate P0 contributionsNot good if you get sea sickWas very rough and choppy would have been nice to have warmed about this in advance as over 3/4 of the passengers were being sick or felt sick. 🤮 we did get to see some dolphins but I was feeling to sick to take any photos which was a shame. I Pick up and drop off was good and coach clean. Crew were pleasant and offered sick bags out but could of been a bit friendlier as I was shouted at for going to look for my son at the bottom of boat as he said I saw you go down there and I told you not to now you feel sick - you should of listened. To be honest I struggled to understand as they spoke quite quickly. Overall was good to see the dolphins but not sure I would do it again if I knew it would be so choppy.Written 4 September 2024
- SmAjJa0 contributionsTerrible! We booked this through our hotel. What a waste of money. In and out within 10 minutes. There is no guide or any information signs. It did make our day though as we all had a good laugh of how terrible it was. €12 each I wouldn't even pay half of that it is not worth it at all.Written 30 August 2024

- V8595KIkatiel0 contributionsHighly recommendAmazing day! Everyone is so friendly & the shows are incredible! The people there make such a fuss of your children, it really made my son’s day. Book online and save a few pennies. Animals are so lovely and clearly well looked after. Couldn’t recommend Sioux City more!!Written 28 August 2024
- Nicole M0 contributionsGreat dolphin experienceVery supportive crew, there was a lot of sea sickness as choppy water but crew were on it and really helpful. We travelled a while before seeing dolphins but crew were on a good look out and finally spotted them! They swam with us a short while and left. We stopped for a swim near some rocks and had the chance to buy drinks on board too. A great trip overall.Written 27 August 2024
- jackgU7409ZG0 contributionsGreat tour around the north of the islandVery informative and detailed tour. You’re given a specific time in each location. Tour guide worked extremely hard to give out information about areas in five languages! Was super friendly also. Would recommend to see a different part of the islandWritten 25 August 2024
- katietati0 contributionsLanzarote sea tours. disappointedReally disappointed with this trip, expectations were going out to sea searching for dolphins and watching the sunset over the sea and then return to the harbour —- what we got was went out to sea for 40 mins then returned to just outside the harbour for cava and a cake and sat there for 30 mins and then went back into harbour ( I know you can’t guarantee dolphins nor can you guarantee a clear sky ) but what I did expect was to be out at sea when the sun went down. We were back off the boat before this happened. Two boats went out and we could see the other boat further out to sea while we were just having our cake and I asked the captain if we were going back out and he replied no and I said well what’s that boat doing and he said looking for something and I said shouldn’t we be doing the same and he didn’t reply. Also I could understand if the sea was rough or choppy but as you can see by pics shown it was calm . The staff were friendly enough but it’s not what I paid for. This is also under the name of Lanzarote sea toursWritten 25 August 2024

- mariamQ3121CS0 contributionsGuatiza Cactus GardenI did not do the tour - I visited the Guatiza Cactus Garden independently & am writing this review on the basis of my experience. Really glad I got to see this. Very unusual to come across a garden that has basically been made from an old quarry. So many interesting cacti plants & the design of the garden was so cool - been built like an arena so you walk up & around different levels. There is a cafe & toilets (rather amusing toilet signs) & a lovely windmill you can walk into (take care with the steep steps). In my opinion the 10€ entry fee was worth the visit.Written 23 August 2024

- Lorraine2587bfkrj0 contributionsGreat water park, but seriously seriously expensive!Great park with lots of slides and water fun for all! It’s well staffed and very clean! The only down side is you need lots of money to enjoy it properly as there’s hidden and additional costs everywhere you turn! We are a family of 4. Our 12 year old is considered an adult so we paid almost €140 to get into the park. But that’s just the start. When we arrived the carpark was an additional €7! When we got in to the park there were fast passes on sale at €40 per person, in addition to your entry fee. We didn’t purchase them and the queues for rides did get very long although priority for fast pass riders was difficult to see on most rides. There’s plenty of sun beds available, but again as soon as you sit in one, a staff member is over looking for €5 rental per bed! It’s advisable to bring your own food and drink. The food is very good quality and good portion sizes but it’s incredibly expensive - almost €18 for one portion of nuggets and chips!! It’s a great day out, but I would imagine the cost will make it inaccessible for a lot of families which is a shameWritten 21 August 2024

The trip was oversold, we had 110 people on the boat at the same time, the advert says it’s 70 max but that definitely was not the case they cram you all on with only sun loungers for the lucky few at the front. You also weren’t aloud on the netting whilst the boat was moving which would have been nice to be on. The boat however was modern and clean and food was excellent. You only stop at two places the sea was blue but there wasn’t any beach or shore places you could swim up to.

Great day on the water! Crew was everything you wanted them to be-- professional, friendly, knowledgeable, informative and fun! Catamaran was large with plenty of room in sun or shade. Lunch was a delicious variety with plenty for everyone.

Great boat trip. Good standard of catamaran, friendly staff, nice lunch and bay stops for snorkelling were superb. Company was also flexible on rescheduling our trip due to poor weather. We had a great day out.

Very nice trip! It was much more that we expected! Very tasty buffet-lunch: vegetables, wraps, hamburgers, nachos, grilled chicken and much more. Katamar-ship was clean and spacy to take sun. Swimming was great. Stuff was friendly. It was really worth of money.
