You have been warned do not book here!!! We were ontime at the meeting point and the bus did not arrive to collect 5 of us. We called and was spoken to very rudely and told he does not care we pre booked and paid already despite us arriving ontime. I am disgusted by this and the company. £280 wasted for no reason what so ever. We are all black so I can only think this is a racial thing despite us being in our late 40s females. I plan on reporting them.
