The paella made onboard was delicious and we loved the spots where we anchored and swam. They provide snorkeling equipment and a stand up paddle board and let us play our own music. The boat itself is fantastic but the day was made by the hospitality shown by Edu and his partner. The drinks were flowing, we stopped to swim, had the paddle board out and they even called to have some pizzas delivered to the boat for us after we got hungry. Topped off with great recommendations for where to go in Palma after the boat trip. Would definitely recommend Edu and we can't wait to come back!Written 16 April 2023

We booked two full sail days with Ed, Mar, and Gustavo and we had THE BEST time. We sailed, swam, snorkled, ate, drank, laughed, and went caving. My husband and I are into maps and navigation in general and at one point Ed indulged us and broke out the maps and charting equipment and we loved it. I’m not the best cave explorer and I overcame my fears with the help of Ed & Mar; we even did clay face masks INSIDE the cave! The paella, tapas, and drinks were amazing and service was excellent. We swam with the beautiful silver fish, octopus, and shrimp! We would 10/10 recommend booking a full day, two full days if you can swing it. We even had time to actually get the sails up and sail with the Spanish Regatta. Book them for your holiday!!

My husband and I booked a private half day sailing to celebrate our honeymoon. We had the absolute best day! We really appreciated Edu for making the most of our time, constantly refilling drinks, and cooking for us. We would definitely recommend and worth the money! My only tip is during high travel time to get there early as parking was hard to find with traffic. Thank you Edu for being kind and making the most of the time we had!

Our honeymoon went from great to unforgettable when we stumbled upon Vela Mallorca. It easily became the highlight of our trip.
From the start, Edu made us feel more like old pals than just clients. Without any crew around, it felt like a thrilling adventure with a local mate.
Edu's boat was pure luxury, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Mallorca’s breathtaking views. But it was Edu's intimate knowledge of the island that truly made the day special.
Before we even started sailing, Edu asked about our wishes. Soon enough, we were surrounded by the most beautiful blue waters, with caves we could explore.
While my wife and I were swimming, Edu was in the galley preparing some of the best paella we’ve had in Spain (with the assist from a neighboring boat Edu swam to borrow some olive oil from).
Throughout the day, Edu's focus was solely on us. He kept us entertained with local stories, ensured our comfort, made sure we always had a drink in hand, and generally made us feel like the day was all about us.
In short, Vela Mallorca turned our honeymoon into a customized adventure we never could've imagined. If you're after a unique experience, book a tour with Edu.

Edu was a wonderful captain and host! Our kids had had a horrible sailing experience several years ago, so my hope was that this would set them on the path of loving my favorite sport. Edu delivered! Very comfortable boat, lovely sunset cruise, swimming in a beautiful cove, yummy tapas (and a slice of birthday cake for me!)—it was a home run! Edu is very personable—was great with the kids, great with us… a perfect combination of chatting and playing host when appropriate, but also giving us space to enjoy family time. This was our first night in Mallorca and we couldn’t have wished for a nicer start to our holiday. Thank you, Edu!

We highly recommend a private sailing experience in Palma. Edu was wonderful from start to finish, it was easy to find the boat with his instructions and managed expectations by communicating before the trip. He asked the right questions regarding food selection, allergies, etc. He is an amazing host! We came in a group of 3 looking to relax in the sun near a lovely beach. We spent the afternoon drinking, laughing, vining to our music. The only bad things was coming back to land :) I can’t wait to do it again!

Had a brilliant 4 hrs afternoon sail with Edu and crew. We sailed across the bay to S’Arenal with music of our choice and cold drinks to take in the views and the planes flying over us from the airport. After about an hour of sailing anchored a few hundred metres off shore by the cliffs. The ladder was lowered and the noodles, paddle board and floating ring was deployed. Turquoise seas and sea grass below. Brilliant fun relaxing, swimming and snorkelling in the sea, saw lots of fish, and drinks were even provided while in the sea! The crew prepared a delicious tapas lunch after we boarded, and then we heading back to harbour. It really was magical, and Edu and team were really friendly and wouldn’t let us lift a finger. A really cool way to spend an afternoon with your mates!

My five friends and I booked the sunset cruise with tapas. Our skipper Maria was so lovely and we felt very welcome. We had the time of our lives sailing along the coast enjoying the views and feeling the warmth of the sun as it set. Delicious tapas and plenty of cava! The trip was the absolute highlight of our holiday! Muchos Grasias Maria!

What a wonderful way to spend the day in Mallorca while on a cruise! (10 of us, 4 adults and 6 kids ages 6-16). Eduardo and Dominic were amazing! They took us to a nice spot with clear water to snorkel and let the kids jump off a small cliff. They gave us a little Mallorca history and catered to whatever needs we had. They also had some toys for the kids to play with in the water. They were so great with my little one who was initially scared to go in the water and helped my other one get the courage to jump off the boat, oh and let my 11 year old drive the boat! 😁Sadly we didn’t get the paella (but heard it’s amazing!) but they still had yummy snacks and drinks available. We also didn’t get to sail, but that was more of a timing issue because we played so long in the water! HIGHLY recommend this boating trip with Eduardo and Dominic!!
Also, just be aware that if you’re coming in on a cruise ship, the taxi line could be very long to get a taxi to the marina so give yourself at least a 30-45 min window! They were very patient (and sent us perfect directions the night before to find them) and waited for us when we were late! Book this trip, you won’t be disappointed!!

We booked this last minute via the WhatsApp facility whilst staying nearby as we were watching the boats go past us on the shore at our hotel. We did a sunset charter from Palma de Mallorca. From booking through to stepping off the boat this experience was absolutely worth every penny. So relaxing, got some great pictures and of course watching the sunset with a beer/cava in hand was the perfect way to end the day. I would thoroughly recommend this activity providing you are ok on a boat of course!

We had a phenomenal day with Eduardo and Fernando! They were both extremely welcoming and accommodating, and showed us some beautiful coves around the Bay of Palma. We swam in the clearest waters and enjoyed delicious tapas. They went above and beyond making sure our family of 7 were comfortable and having fun - they even went as far as helping us with some other arrangements in our itinerary. It was an unforgettable experience - thank you both so much!!!!!
