Fantastic trip! Would definitely recommend, with a good selection of water activities but also a chilled atmosphere. Really friendly staff

Thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon boat trip with Afrikat! Staff were engaging, funny and enthusiastic and kept a great energy going with their passengers all afternoon. Free beer, sangria and soft drinks and a free cup to take home as a souvenir! The trip was a leisurely ride around the coast to a quiet little cove where we moored for a couple of hours to do some free snorkelling, and other watersports which cost extra but all pretty reasonable and no hard sell, very much optional. Food was nice enough, a wrap with some potato salad but make sure you eat well before you leave and have an evening meal planned! As we came back around the coast at the end of the day, the sun was setting over the ocean and the very talented saxophonist gave a wonderful performance against the sunset. Beautiful!

From start to finish all of the crew were attentive. They served our first drinks straight to us. We were on the bed on the upper deck which was so comfortable. The catamaran was not overcrowded so everyone got a bed/seat. Once the anchor was dropped we had a choice of jet ski (which was at an extra cost or the speedboat which was free. There were snorkels you could use as well. We had a good 2 hours to swim and do water sports then they served the food which was a delicious chicken wrap and potato salad. We also finished the trip listening to a lovely young lady playing the saxophone. I would definitely recommend this trip!

This was a brilliant trip and enjoyed every minute. Sailed along the coast for about an hour, free booze and taking in the views and the vibe. Anchored up in a secluded bay for two hours were you could do what you wanted. Swim, snorkel equipment provided it you wanted to do this. Our trip involved a free speed boat trip which was exhilarating and great fun. I also paid €10 for a 'doughnut' ride which was also superb. You could even go on jet-ski for a small fee, but I passed on that one. The two hours here went over so fast, the beer and sangria flowed throughout the trip, there were non alcoholic drinks available as well. Before we set off home, food was provided. A wrap with a couple of side dishes. Whilst the trip out was chilled, the trip back was more of a party atmosphere. We were treated to a live saxophone artist playing along with the music which everyone enjoyed. €75 per person may seem a lot, but it's well worth it. This was the best 4 hours or so of our holiday.

We had a fantastic time on the Afrikat afternoon trip. We were a bit slow getting on the boat and missed a place at the front, which wasn't the end of the world. There is smoking at the back though, so might be worth getting to the front of the queue to avoid that! Once the activities started, people moved about anyway so we were able to spend some time at the front. Free beer and soft drinks for the whole trip! The food was ok, but I was glad we'd had a good lunch before as not very filling. If you have dietary requirements make sure you let staff know BEFORE you board as otherwise the only option is chicken wrap. The activities included (free) snorkeling, or extra for the speedboat, donut, jetskis. The snorkeling was enough fun for us, with lots of fish and very clear water. The sun started to set on the way back and we were treated to a very talented saxophone performance. All in all a great day, make sure to bring lots of sunscreen!

Overpriced for what you recieve, the only activity that is free to do is swim. everything else is 35 euros extra, on top of the 75€ original cost. We were under the impression that sangria was included but when we asked if they had white sangria we were brought a bottle of white wine and charged 15€ at the end of the journey. We were not informed of the additional cost. Beer and soft drinks were the only thing included in the price aswell as a very mediocre wrap that came out almost 3.5 hours into the trip. Overall staff were incredibly friendly and helpful however we did return feeling quite disappointed in what was actually included on the trip.

Best boat trip I have been on. Captain very welcoming and crew could not do enough for you. Boat spotless and as a small group this made the experience a lot more enjoyable. Food good was good. Watersports at a reasonable reduced cost while getting decent time on them. Sax player topped it all off on the way back. Fantastic experience! Highly recommended.

Fantastic Day! We have just got off the Afrikat and had the best afternoon! The staff were superb, fun but not in your face. Free drinks flowing. Great options for the extras, jet skis, parasailing and donut. Plus a free speedboat ride. Free snorkels for a swim. Great food and drinks options. No heavy selling. Not overly full of people. Saxophonist completed the day! She was awesome. First time I’ve seen the teens smile all week - worth every penny. All pre information/comms were super professional too. If you do one trip do this!

Afrikat was one of the best boat trips me and my family have been on. The colleagues were super nice and friendly. They couldn’t have done any better!! Great music. We got to the part of the sea where everyone was able to jump into the water. We were given three options of what water sport we wanted to do (jet ski, doughnut, speed boat). Me and my family did the speed boat and that was amazing. We went by some caves and the driver was telling us all about it and we spotted Mount Teide in the far distance. Food was delicious! The best food we had on a boat trip. Options of what type of wraps you wanted (Bacon and cheese or Chicken and bacon) it was also served with potatoes and nachos. Everything about the trip was amazing and would highly recommend anyone to book a boat trip with Afrikat.

Great experience, staff onboard were very friendly and we put at ease right away. Boat was overloaded with passengers having plenty space to sit and move around. Food was wrap and salad which was good and drinks available from the start of the trip to the end. Great value for money with extra activities at discount prices. Stunning views also. One of our group was very unwell (seasick) and the crew were so kind and caring and were very helpful. 🥰 we definitely do it again. 😊👍🏻 entertainment of the Saxophone player was amazing!

Amazing boat trip! Staff were really friendly and the experience was overall great. I would highly recommend doing the included speed boat too. Lots of opportunities for going in the sea and water sports!

Absolutely fantastic. Crew is amazing and mojitos even better. Definitely gonna be comng back very soon. Food was amazing and mateo, kasha, mareco, matt and potter are crazy

The highlight of the holiday, we set out in the afternoon, stopped for snorkeling and water sports ( all at great prices). On the way back there was a fantastic Saxaphone player played live for the journey home. A must for your trip to Gran Canaria
