- Hollandexpat0 contributionsHighly recommended trip with a family-run boatWe booked our boattrip through the excursions lady at our hotel and paid a deposit. Paid the remaining amount to the captain (owner of the boat) upon arrival at the port. Very nice pickup, friendly lady (captain’s wife Diana) drove us to Mogán. Whilst the boat is not new, it is very well taken care of and we never felt unsafe. In total there were 10 guests on the boat (we opted for the trip up to 12 people). Left the port around 9.30 and spotted two groups of dolphins about 30 minutes out. Saw 2 types of dolphins, and also some small, young ones with their mothers. So cool to see them swim and jump! Diana made sure we knew where to look and also gave some info about the different kinds of dolphins. Anchor was dropped at a shallow locations and allowed for some swimming, snorkeling and a tasty simple lunch. We were back at puerto Mogán around 13.30 and had a great experience! Seasickness pills are a recommendation :)Written 20 June 2024
- G9539RPjoanneb0 contributionsAVOID WARNING DANGER!!!!Absolutely awful experience, 8 of our family booked a private tour of dolphins, snorkling and lunch, we paid €75 per person!! we arrived and theyd adddd 2 strangers onto our private trip plus NO LIFE JACKETS !!!! 🤬 So after 2.5hours still no dolphins, snorkling, food or stop, 4 of us were being sick everywhere, THEY WOULD NOT STOP BOAT, we actually got scared and thought something was going to happen to us, we arrived at harbour still no dolphins or snorkling, the woman threw an omlete, pasta and bowl of apples on a table said lunch, we were gobsmacked, ALL THAT MONEY PAID FOR WHAT ACTUALLY!!!? Then within 20 minutes of food being layed out, They announced your lIft homes there, bye, we couldn't actually believe the MISCONDUCT, RIP OFF we had been put through, absolute shambles, DO NOT USE!!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬Written 27 March 2024
- Evie S0 contributionsAmazingLovely experience, our trip time was changed from 2pm to 9am so they arranged us a transfer to and from our hotel! Once we got to the boat we were offered a selection of soft drinks and beer and went to sit on the front of the boat (highly recommend). Only about 1 minute after leaving port we saw dolphins and followed them for around an hour it was an amazing experience. After this we sailed for a little while further and then turned around and stopped to swim where we were offered snorkels and a paddle board. We chose to snorkel and the water was clear so we saw lots of fish. We also had some really nice snacks and then headed back to port. Highly recommend this experience!!Written 14 June 2023
- Emmab12090 contributionsOnce in a lifetime experienceAn incredible experience we won’t forget thanks to Dayana and the captain. There were only 6 of us on the boat and it felt like we were on a private yacht. A delicious lunch, beautiful swim stop and to top it off, the dolphins put on an absolutely incredible display, jumping and riding the bow.Written 25 November 2022
- eleanorh9810 contributionsAmazing!me and my family had such an amazing experience. Jose and his other colleague ( a lovely lady) were absolutely brilliant, made us feel very relaxed. They ore warned about sea sickness in advance and catered to the needs. They took many photos when asked, provided us with back story about where we were. Overall, would recommend 100 times over if I could. We managed to see so many dolphins and flying fish and the snorkelling was excellent!Written 1 August 2022
- C2533ZOlizh0 contributionsYou need your sea legs!Nice caring crew, clean and well kept boat. Unfortunately such a small boat on the Atlantic meant it was a VERY choppy voyage. 7 out of the 10 people were so sea sick we had to turn around and come back to port after a couple of hours. We did get to see lots of dolphins and tuna fish. Well, only the 3 of us that weren’t ill did. Sadly didn’t sample the food or do any water activities. We weren’t offered any money back either but I got the impression they would have just taken the 3 of us back out after dropping off the sick people if we had wanted too.Written 28 July 2022
- 432stefanom0 contributionsnice and relaxing experenceWe booked tbe Kepper One tour but we left with the other boat (the Keeper One is a bit better), however, the tour foresees a maximum of 10/12 people and we were 8 so we had all the space we wanted. In the first part of the tour we went "dolphin hunting" (this however takes about an hour, maybe 45 minutes, of navigation so if you suffer from the boat take something for seasickness). We saw many many dolphns play with the boat, we have been to admire them at least 30 minutes where we were able to admire them in all their beauty. After we headed to a cove where swim eat the snack made available, all the beverages are free (beer, sangria, coca cola, water). From my point of view a nice and relaxing experence. I recommend it. A little tip to the crew, when the guets come up on the boat, gather them and take some minutes (2 is enought) for a little breafing to tell what you are going to do and the timetable.Written 24 July 2022

- workdayblues580 contributionsFamily summer holsWe were a Family of 8 with a child of 5 we hired the boat for 4hrs this included a bbq on board. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the port where we got on the boat.It was a rough sea . The crew were amazing especially with our little fellow he took him to the rear of the boat and gave him bread to feed the fish . He anchored up so we could swim off the boat they supplied life jackets so little fellow could swim. The crew couldn't do enough for us and the food was excellent good choice of drinks. It's well worth going.Written 27 August 2019

Can highly recommend this boat trip. After doing lots of research into boat trips, I chose this one due to the size of the boat and amount of people per trip. Including the crew there were 9 of us in total on the boat so plenty of space to get comfy and get a good view. With the boat being small it meant we were able to keep up with the dolphins better than the bigger boats. It took about an hour and half to find the dolphins and it was worth the wait. We had a good half an hour following them till the dolphins decided they'd had their fun and swam off into the sun. I have some amazing videos of them. We then went to a cove for a swim and lunch. The water was lovely, and lunch was delicious. We then went for a walk round Mogan, which is beautiful and stopped for a drink before getting a taxi back to Maspalomas.

We really enjoyed the trip with the Keeper Uno Boat trips. The staff was lovely and the whole trip was very enjoyable. It took some time for us to find the dolphins, but once we did, we spotted quite a few. The crew of the boat was trying to give us the best view, without bothering the dolphins. They knew what they did and spoke both English and Spanish. Afterwards, there was a little stop for a swim and a bite (all included.)
Would really recommend this. I would also recommend to eat enough or to bring some food that you can eat during the trip to avoid seasickness.

With my partner we were looking for a biat trip with some whale and dolphins watching and also time to relax and snorkel. We had the boat trip 2 days ago and it was amazing. Top service from start till end. Not overcrowded, very private VIP feeling! Family business with touch to detail. We saw whales, and dozens of playful dolphins. The lunch was great traditional canary potatoes with rojo sauce, tortilla, salads, cheese and refreshments! Will highly recommend this tour and the operator as extremely professional service!Thank you and hope to see you soon. The restaurant Playa Mogan which the captain have recommended was mucho bueno!

Very nice trip in bright sunshine. 12 m/s and quite big waves, but the captain moved the boat forward in an exemplary manner without overly rough seas. Tablets against seasickness are recommended for those who are sensitive.
Lots of dolphins playing around the boat. A good lunch and a wonderful swimming trip with snorkelling put the last golden edge on the experience.
10 out of 10, wonderful.

Pleasant morning on the sea. We saw flying fish which were interesting to see, unfortunately no dolphins. Obviously no fault of the crew, as they say, it’s a big pool! It’s a really nice boat, crew were friendly. We pulled into a bay with other boats and had lunch. It was really unstable here so we all opted to get out of the bay quick as at least one of us was sea sick with all the rocking motion. If I was to go again I’d maybe take a less expensive option on a bigger boat as this might have been more stable when anchored up? It was a good trip though at the end of our holiday.

Boat was really nice a little bit too cramped for my liking but enough room to move around so wasn't unbearable. Now I know you can't predict the sea state but my god choppy wasn't the word I am not exaggerating when I say at least 70% of the passengers had there head in sick bags or off the side of the boat towards the end the trip it was really bad!
So if your not the greatest on a boat I would not recommend at all!
We did see some dolphins in the wild which was lovely tho!

The boat was great and the crew was very nice. We went out quite a long way before we saw the dolphins. A great experience. There were a lot of dolphins that curiously swam around the boat. Unfortunately we had pretty strong waves, which made some passengers nauseous. The crew took great care of the seasick passengers. After seeing the dolphins, we went on to a small bay for swimming, snorkeling and lunch. There were plenty of diving goggles and snorkels. The food looked very tasty, unfortunately I couldn't eat anything 😀 We would do it again, but with travel tablets 😉

Fantastic experience! Really good service, super clean boat and good space. They were good at finding dolphins, we saw them several times. Good lunch and nice to stop to swim in the ocean.
They had even taken pictures and sent them to us after the trip, which I am very grateful for. Whole experience worth it.

This was our first experience to see dolphins in their native environment. The crew was completely dedicated to find dolphins as close as possible. We had a chance to see them right there by the side of the boat. Food and drinks were served on the deck. Crew gave some more details about dolphins and their nature. It turned out that dolphins live in families which are combined by multiple species. In total there are 7 different dolphin families living near Gran Canaria. Each family is having its name. Such a great experience which we recommend for families with kinds!

We had a great time today on the Keeper Uno. Captain Wyn speaks excellent English and was full of hospitality. There were 7 of us on the boat today. My family of 5 and a couple from the UK. Plenty of space for all. We saw both Pilot Whales today and Stripe Dolphins both within a few feet from the boat. Fabulous experience. Also did some snorkeling in a private cove afterwards with plenty of fish to see. If you are looking for a great boat, for a small group of 10 or less, with a great crew, for a more personal and private experience, this is the boat for you! Highly recommended!

Hej,
Everything looks wonderful.
I am curious though, if we don’t get to see dolphins, do you offer an extra free tour? I can see other cruises/ Catamarans offer that?
Best,
