This is so much fun. I rode behind my partner and then we swapped on the return. Can't recommend it enough. We did expect there to be some pit-stops at certain sites as it was called a safari and that seemed to be the plan, but we actually just rode around for an hour and it was still great.

We travelled from playa del ingles to find that nobody had received our booking, had to wait around for 2 hours until they could fit us in. Offered us free photos for the inconvenience, but the photographer took 0 photos of us but plenty of the rest of the group. The pictures on here are completely misleading as there is no tour of the caves or anywhere else. You basically go open water for the whole time and had one stop for “pictures” they never took of us. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company for the jetski “safari” completely disorganised and misleading.

Friendly staff and all well organised. Ensure you book as turning up assuming you can jump on would be wrong (my mistake) when booked all went well and good communication. The kit is good and the tour is interesting as you see the shoreline a good way along.

Where to begin the hour long jetski that we went on is definitely NOT for BEGINNERS. If i was informed of this when we were booking, I most certainly wouldn't have done it and ruined the first time experience my parents had and will never go on them again ... Myself, husband and my parents were interested in doing some jetskiing with canarie water sports who I've used in 2017 and we had such a blast and we wanted my parent to experience the same joy we did so we went over to the stand to book and enquire and the guy there only wanted to know how long we wanted to jetski. Since the only knowledge we knew was going around in a circle on the skis for a certain amount of time we were not told any different.... We stated that we were beginners and my parents couldn't swim, we were adamant about that... he laughed and said again how long did we want to ski but we weren't sure and decided an 1 hour would be a good amount to time to learn and have fun as it was how long we had done last time . So he gave us the price and we paid the deposit. The next day we went back a different guy was at the desk we told he we had a booking etc and he was really pleasant to deal with and told us where we needed to go etc. The only positive experience we had. Shame we didnt get his name to praise him here Once we geared up, we were basically pushed onto a boat with no explanation on where we were going as we never did anything like it before it was different from when we were on them before. We realise after that the speed boat was taking us to the platform where the jetskis were. Along the way me and my husband almost fell overboard because of the speed of this guy who never told us that we need to hold on to anything was going. No regards to safety. When he saw us struggle, it seemed like he sped up instead of slowing down . Which should have been a warning to us on how the trip was to go. Once on the platform we made sure to ask the guy who was coming with us that my parents are beginners and they cannot swim and to clarify that he will be nearby in case something happens . To his response, he said he would stay close and reassure us of that . We spoke to the 2 other lads while we waitied to get on the skis who were coming out with us, and they said they had done it before, and I thought it was strange that 2 experienced people going with 4 beginners. Once in the water on the skis after a very short talk on what the gears did the guy took off on the speed boat to a point I could not see him and he came back after some time telling us we are too slow and need to speed up and keep up to him.... we were dumbfounded.. the waves were quiet big and hard to steer the ski at a slow pace nonetheless at a fast pace as he wanted, we were taken out to the open sea rather than what we had expected by going in a circle. then he went away and I assumed told my parent the same, then took off again to a point we couldn't see him. I did manage to speed up a little but nothing as fast as this guy on boat but because of this we lost sight of my parents. Once again, he turned the boat and came back to me, and my husband quiet annoyed and telling me off that my parents were too slow and we needed to swap with them and that he couldnt leave them behind..... Even tho he went far away twice after telling us he would stay close.... He basically told my dad who paid to go on the ski to get off and swap with my husband because he was going too slow. Instead of explaining the situaltion and asking nicely. We swapped with my parents so me and my husband drove and my parents behind us.... To be honest, this lack of respect towards beginners ruined the whole experience for them and me by this guy and how he spoke to us. I heard from my parents after he was quiet nasty to them as much as he was to me.. None of us will be coming back to this company...... If we were given the right info at the beginning while booking from the guy on the desk the previous day , this could have been different experience and might have 4 new customers returning on our next trip.

We paid 70 euro for a double jetski for 25 mins, which we thought was a lot of money but we’re happy to pay, however after being on the jetski for no longer than 5 mins, the staff started calling us back to shore. My girlfriend didn’t even get a turn before the staff cut our time short. Left feeling scammed, definitely wouldn’t recommend. They will charge you for 25 mins and then start telling u it’s finished after 5 minutes.

Lots of fun for both me and my girlfriend and very pleasant staff. Managed to hit a top speed of 80km/h. Proper rush of adrenaline!

Brilliant, very professional and the tour guide I think his name was Eldo or Edu he spoke very good English he explained all the safety points to us clearly and made sure we were all comfortable, very friendly and reassuring which is important when your in the middle of the ocean! Some companies just case about the money and nothing else but this company was great. I’d highly recommend!

I used the Canary Watersports few times over the Years. Decided to go on Jetski safari and we waited for a day with no wind to make sure it was worthy. Got it eventually. Of we went with my son and half way down jetski lost the power. Informed the guide and he start making phone calls but was no time to change my jetski. 30min of trip ruined. I understand anything cane brake but if the fakt that nobody was interested to talk about it after all. Completely ignored we left premises.

Myself and my husband did the 25 min jet ski hire for his special birthday. Young staff member named Ameen (I think) was extremely helpful and explained everything every step of the way. We paid the extra for the photos which was a nice added touch to the experience. Very professional set up and team.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating as we turned up early and they were happy to take us out at that time. Equipment was clean and in good condition and we felt safe. The photos sold to us after the activity are great quality, numerous. Definitely worth the additional €20.

My husband and I decided to book jet ski for half an hour .Our first time ever on a jet ski , must admit I was hesitant as was bit scared .The young lad was so lovely and reassuring . My husband drove the jet ski and I was on back .Everything was explained throughly .Staff so friendly. WE went out with a young man who took photos and was there should any problems arise and any of us needed him .Other people were out with us to which was good .Highly recommend this company. Shall be returning for another jet ski ride before we go back home after our holidays .Thanks to staff they are Superb 😊

They were well organised, communication was very good with their safety talk. We took their offer of parasailing and jet ski for 65 euro per person which there was 2 of us. Great Deal & a great experience. The jet ski was the highlight to be fair. While parasailing, we saw 2 hammerhead sharks which was a bit worrying, considering they were dipping our feet in the water & joking they were feeding our toes to the shark. The crew were great. Highly recommend using them as I will be if I go there again.

A veru nice Team who speaks many languages and really welcome you with smile and clear explanations ! They propose a variety of sports such as Jet Skis, Crazy Sofa.... We tried the Crazy Sofa as it is a family one with the kids and it was GREAT ! Very safe, long enough and some jumps and speed circles much appreciated by the kids. Highly Recommended !

Having wanted to parasail and jet ski for many years, but been anxious about the ‘what if’s’ that manifested themselves in my head. This year I bit the bullet, much to my husbands delight, and booked. I explained to the guys how nervous I was , and every member of staff we encountered listened and reassured me. My husband and I ( who are no spring chickens!!) both had the time of our life. Both experiences were exhilarating , and we are both keen to do them again. Thank you to the team at Canary Watersports for your patience and kindness. We purchased the photo package , and have some beautiful images that we have shared with family and friends. These experiences have truly made our holiday, again a huge thank you .
