Amalfi was absolutely beautiful. We unfortunately did this on a day when the water was quite rough. The boat crew was amazing though accommodating those who got sick. The most irritating thing was all paid guests were on board and a group apparently had a friend coming in on another boat so we sat in the rough water for an extra 20 min waiting. The gentlemen operating the tour didn’t want to wait but apparently this group got permission from someone to wait for this person. This took away from time in Positano.. otherwise it was a good day considering the weather and rough water.

Thank you and our apologies for the delay. We had given permission to a guest to join the tour in Amalfi but not to delay the whole group. Unfortunately she ran late and we didn't have it in our hearts to leave her abandoned in Amalfi. Again we are sorry for the inconvenience.

We traveled from Sorento along the Amalfi Coast with our Skipper Alfonso. He helped make this such a wonderful day adventure by explaining the various points of interest and always had a smile on his face. There were ten guests on board and we enjoyed their company. Amalfi and Politano were great stops where we had a chance to shop and see the sights. Alfonso brought sandwiches and drinks so we didn’t have to spend money or time at the restaurants so we visited the Basilicas where we saw relics and the beauty of the interiors. The coastline was beautiful and couldn’t be seen from a bus or car. This was a really enjoyable day and we highly recommend it.

This company is the opposite of good customer service. They do not communicate quickly or with good detail. The bus transfer is not clear. They do not stick to scheduling times and don’t take responsibility for lack of communication on the day which led us to get on the wrong bus. We contacted them a second time to reconfirm pick up location and time and we got no response. Once we had finally got a response, they insisted it wasn’t their fault and they wouldn’t refund our ticket. Once they offered to reschedule they wanted to charge us 30€ for the shuttle service which we refused and insisted they paid for it. Their response was that they could “easily get someone else” so they refused to cover that expense. If you want a stress free holiday, please don’t use this company!

Thank you for holding to your threat about a bad review, you and your travel buddy, after you got on the wrong bus.
How with such bad customer service, communication and organizational skills do we have a 5 star average and number one in area?
How do we put over 300 passengers per day on boats with bad organizational skills?
We have 3 bad reviews, 2 of which are you and your travel partner and the third due to the weather.
Our shuttle service is a hired service and when you got on the wrong bus we were still charged for your empty seats on the shuttle.
We offered the boat tour another day, using your expired tickets. We offered 2 seats on the boat at no extra charge. Seats that we could have easily sold to someone else but were willing to give to you.
Why should we also have to pay for your shuttle bus when you got on the wrong bus? Do you take no fault or responsibility in the situation?
You also mention we should take into consideration the traffic. How am I to predict everyday what the traffic will be like and if the bus run 3 of 7 minutes behind schedule? You were there and could see with your own eyes what the traffic situation was like that morning.
You also complain that no one answered your calls, but you were calling outside of office hours. And if we are busy putting 300+ passengers on a boat we are unable to answer calls outside of office hours. At 9am there is always someone in the office to answer calls! We sent detailed direction, times, photos and a map to your pick up spot. What else do you want from us???

The itinerary wasn't as described. Apparently this is an old itinerary and the timings in each location were different. Spend alot longer in amalfi and only 1 hour 20 in positano. Would have been better to split the time equally. The cave trip was also 17 euro not 5 as described we didn't book this as it was 3 times more expensive. It was only about 15 euro in amalfi. Also it was difficult to hear the English version of what everything was.

We are sorry about what you have described, as far as we were aware the Emerald Cave trip was still 5 euro, it is not managed by us and you were the first to mention it. We have updated the amount of free time allowed in each location, seeing how Amalfi is bigger and people tend to visit Ravello while there, the stop is longer. Where as Positano is smaller, hence the shorter time. Thank you for your comments, it helps us to improve.

This service was not useful in any shape or form. If you are coming to Sorrento or amalfi coast do not use this service. The tour operator was extremely rude over message. Did not treat customers with respect. The transport is not on time. The response by the company contacts is not fast nor helpful in the slightest. When they make a fault they will try and blame the CUSTOMER! How ridiculous!!!!

Fantastic boat tour. Driver Rosaria was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Rosaria was very familiar with the area and gave us a nice description about Amalfi and positano even before we begin the boat tour. She was on time and the transportation was in a very comfortable air conditioned van. Everyone on our group was very pleased with her service.
Kylie, thank you so much for arranging Rosaria to pick up us from the hotel.
I love the boat ride as well and the crew members, very friendly and professional. Specially appreciate this smaller boat and less crowd than in a bigger crowded boat. Highly recommend this company to anyone doing Amalfi, Positano or Capri.

Easy to organise and at a good price compared to others. Clear info sent regarding pick up time and location. Bus arrived at said place albeit a little late-likely early am Sorrento traffic! We were 1st pick-up and took about 1hr to do others and reach the boat at MassaLubrense. Lovely trip along the coast and around small islands before reaching Amalfi late morning with couple hrs to stop to explore/eat them back onboard for shorter trip and stay in Positano(tip- if want lemon sorbet in hollowed out lemon, do so in Amalfi). Bit of a scrum getting back on boat at Positano but skipper managed to sort everyone out ok. Transfer back to hotel quicker. Great day out.

Our second trip with this team and I can recommend using them.The pickup via air conditioned coach was bang on time. The reception at the harbour was less frantic that the first time. Slightly smaller boat and less people than the Capri trip: about 80 on board. The team are great and you are shown things on the way there and back. We liked both stops. Many prefer Positano but it was ridiculously had when we visited so we preferred Amalfi. I loved the narrow streets of Positano though.

The tour of Amalfi and the island of Cyprus was unforgettable! Thank you Rosalia for the safe transfer from home to Marina port. It was a very pleasant and very nice company. The next day I forgot my phone in the minibus and I was very lucky with Rosalia, who called and managed to bring my phone quickly before the boat left for the island of Cyprus. Thank you, Rosalia! Thanks also to Giuseppe and Giovanni, who were our sailors and guides on the two boats.

I’m not sure about this but I booked on line through GetYourGuide and I got a phone call regarding pick up. We were collected from our hotel before 8 am so if they can pick you up from the station I would be prepared for a 7-30 ish pick up.

We were picked up from the hotel Delfino in Masa Lubrense so I don’t see a problem. We booked online via get my guide and the transport people rang us the night before to confirm the pick up time which I thought I was around 8am
