At Campo de’ Fiori, home to a popular food market, hear your guide explain the function of exotic ingredients while you browse stalls overflowing with fresh Italian produce and enjoy samples. Continue to Trastevere, a district replete with cobbled streets and traditional eateries, to visit restaurants recommended by your guide. Feast on classic Roman dishes such as pizza bianca (pizza made without tomato sauce), mozzarella cheese, and artisan gelato.
