Wonderful day out of the city. Nice ride in the countryside. Good winery with guide who explained wine making process. Three wine tastings and nice meal presented in a lovely, relaxing setting. Definitely worth taking this tour with Vinebliss.

    Horrible don't do it
The time was changed and only a driver showed up that spoke no English when we booked an English tour. The sign was not accurate and when we kept asking if it was grape stomping he only pointed at the food and wine tour sign he was holding. we couldn't get a hold of the person who texted me about the time change a few days before. The bus driver didn't even have a list like the other tours we attended to mark off people ( at least another way to verify). We did not get on the bus with this person. I have been trying to reach someone for a refund and have not heard from anyone,

What an amazing Bracciano castle tour!
Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. The drive there was smooth with Mario, he was a patient man and a nice fellow :). The Bracciano castle was impressive and the local guide very knowledgeable. The castle is located by a Bracciano lake and the view from the castle is beautiful. The drive was about an hour there from Rome and the castle tour about another hour. Then a drive from the castle to the winery (about 45 minutes). And what a tour that was!! Our host Christian was so attentive and we got to much new information on wines and tasting with the greatest lunches on this trip. Wine was abundant, so was the food. Delicious 😋 Couldn’t be any better! Thank you Vinebliss, we loved the tour and would definitely recommend this tour (and others) to all wine lovers.

    Fab day out
Well organised and friendly experience, the tour guide was spot on. The wine tasting was exceptional, more of a lunch with paired wines and explanation of the wines and winery. No shortage of food or wine! Great interaction with the wine maker who took a lot of time to answer questions. Braciano castle has a lot of history and helps you understand a little of the historically powerful families in Italy. Great views from the castle and not overcrowded.

    Orvieto wine tasting
We enjoyed this trip from the beginning to the end. We are impressed by Orvieto town and its great cathedral presented by our guide Cecilia. She is very knowledgeable person with a good taste about history, architecture and art. Trip to winery was enjoyable. Guide Andrea gave us very interesting story about place and wine making. Driver Andrea was very precise and friendly. We highly recommend this trip to everyone. Irina and Alex.

Everything was as promised plus more ❤️
I booked this tour from Australia prior to our Italian holiday. With 7 days in Rome we thought we would take a day trip away from the busy Roman streets to the Umbrian countryside. From the time I booked with Marco, to Andrea picking us up 5 minutes early, to Cecilia walking us through the streets of Orvieto, I cannot fault anything. It was a cloudy and cold day, however this just added to the ambience of this beautiful city. Following our walk, we arrived at a beautiful winery. Here we were welcomed by ‘another’ Andrea, a young yet very knowledgeable young man. Not only knowledgeable about his wines but also the area’s history. Lunch and tastings were amazing, the tour of the winery, the wine caves and surrounding grounds equally as impressive. I believe this winery can get busy, but we jagged it and were 2 of only 4 guests there for lunch. The servings of food and wine were generous and there was no pressure to buy. We did of course but that’s another story 😃

    Food & Wine Tasting
Me and my husband enjoyed every moment of the food and wine tasting. The vineyard is beautiful just like the family owners. This experience is what I think of when I think of Italy. We had a great host, from the history of wine making to tasting the wine and food each moment was spectacular. Thank you so much to Marco and Nico for being so welcoming!

    A really great day!
This was a great day trip from Rome to Orvieto, including a tour of the town of Orvieto and a beautiful winery. The driver, Andrea, was very nice. And Francesca, our tour guide in Orvieto, was so knowledgeable and sweet. After the official tour ended I would have liked to have a little time to go back through the town on our own to browse in the shops of Orvieto before departing for the winery. Such amazing history in this region. The tour guide at the winery was also very good, and the food and wine paired was wonderful. A really nice day. I'd recommend as a great day trip when you're in Rome and looking to visit another nearby region.

Our Wine Tasting Was Cancelled 2 Days Before
My boyfriend and I were really excited for this day in Orvieto. We booked it for my birthday, traveled all the way from Florida, and 2 days prior Vinebliss Trip cancelled on us! I'm crying! We received a message from them that the tour was cancelled because the cellar was going to be closed due to a private event. While I appreciate having received the message, and the gentleman did propose an alternative, more local wine tasting, this was really upsetting. We booked this way in advance and now 2 days before my birthday, it's just like "woops! too bad." What the heck? Luckily I was able to find an amazing wine tour in Frascati for even cheaper on the same day with an Italian tour company. We ended up having our own private tour which was wonderful...so this makes me wonder if Vinebliss just cancelled on us because January is off-season and perhaps we were the only people scheduled for that day.....Regardless, we found something else but unfortunately now I will not recommend Vinebliss Trip. After being cancelled on last minute for something that sounds like a big oversight, it was just really disappointing.

    Great trip
Brought my family of 9 to this wonderful hidden gem of a town about 1.5 hour drive north of Rome. The city is beautiful and historic w great views. Followed by a great wine tasting and winery tour. Our guide and driver both added much to our experience. If you’re looking to get away from the big city and into the countryside this is the place to go.

    Wonderful experience
During our trip to Rome we contacted Vinebliss last minute to arrange a day tour to Orvieto. Marco quickly returned my text and coordinated a private driver for the following day. Promptly at the agreed time we were met by Andrea who picked us up in a luxury vehicle. He drove us to the beautiful city of Orvieto where we met Michele, who was very knowledgeable about the city and its history. We walked with him and visited one of the city tunnels and a magnificent church in the city center. We had time for shopping and then met with our driver to continue to Cantine Neri, a local vineyard. We had a wonderful private tour of the vineyard and their wine caves and ended with a wine tasting and full lunch. Andrea then returned us to our hotel. The price was very reasonable and the service was outstanding!

    More than expected!
A wonderful experience I would recommend to any wine lover! Our driver arrived right on time and was very friendly! The drive was quite pleasant and we got a lovely tour of some of the facility and a wonderful chat with our guide Christian about how different wines are made - which got us excited for the tasting! The food was simply wonderful, delicious and matched perfectly with the different wines we were tasting depending on the course. Christian was very attentive throughout and was engaging and happy to answer questions and talk about everything wine and flavor. And of course the environs and wine themselves were top notch, it goes without saying! Each an experience in themselves. Definitely an experience I would encourage anyone to take!

As a couple with a very new interest in wine, my girlfriend and I absolutely loved the Roman countryside food and wine experience. Our guide spoke great English and was extremely informative and kind. He did a great job of teaching us about how they made wine at the vineyard and answering any questions we had. And of course, the wine and food was excellent! Absolutely worth the cost for us.

Great hearing from you K3392HGjohng and thanks for recommending our Roman countryside Food& Wine Tasting in a medieval winery. You can't complain about the lack of quality wine tastings, they're certainly abundant as well as the high standard lunch. Christian is a very energetic guide who cares about his guests and looks to provide them with an exceptional experience. Thanks for your support and all the best.

The start of the trip, at the meeting point, was a a bit iffy as the person didn't speak English and the tour said we would be met by an English speaking guide. But it all worked out. We found him and he took us to the winery, which was a wonderful experience!

The winemaker was exceptional and gave us an insight into how to create fine wine. We were most interested in the cement tanks and how they were used. He was professional and funny and very helpful. Truly a marvelous host! And generous with his wine.

The food was amazing. And the wine was outstanding! The pricing was very good and we bought a few bottles to take with us. I would recommend this tour as a 5 Star experience. Wish it would have lasted longer!

The driver took us there. Seemed nice enough. Didn’t engage with the group and opened the door when we got there. No one knew where to go so we as a group figured it out. No problem. Another group came in while the gentleman was explaining about the wine and we couldn’t hardly hear him. Someone from our group had to ask the large group to quiet down. There was no tour of this old property that I thought we would see.

My husband and I did the afternoon tour while on our honeymoon in Italy. It was fantastic. The drive wasn't long, there was only two other guests doing the tour with us and the tour guide was awesome. The wine was the best we had while in Italy and the food was also delicious! The winery is built in to a mountain so the walk inside is really cool to see! We highly recommend this tour!!

We wanted to do something outside of Rome so we book this. We were picked up promptly and driven to a countryside winery that was built in 1585. We met Christian the owner and winemaker and he gave us an amazing tour and history of the place. Then we were shown to our table where we were served several different wines paired with food. We learned so much about how to enjoy the wines and what to look for. The food was astounding! After a full afternoon, we were driven back to Rome - I think a few of us may have had a little nap on the bus after all the delicious food and wine! I highly recommend this experience. I would absolutely do it again if I am in Rome.

The actual visit to the winery, brief tour, wine tasting and lunch was delightful!! It was wonderful to get out of Rome on a steamy 101 degree day. The bus ride was an air conditioned reprieve for about 30 min. Our sommelier was friendly and approachable and spoke perfect English. The lunch - bread, cheese and meat was followed by pasta carbonara and a lovely creamy desert. The pasta was served piping hot and the desert deliciously chilled. We sampled 4 wines - one red and one white for a table of 10 to enjoy with the meal. Delicious wine available to purchase at reasonable prices. Only negative was the Viatour bus was over 30 minutes late to arrive at the pickup point leaving 10 guests ranging from twenties to seventies melting in the Roman sun at noon. Overall the winery was a great experience and if ever in Rome again will return for another visit!!

My boyfriend an I absolutely had a blast visiting this winery!! The property has so much incredible history behind it; the winery was even own by a Pope back in the 1600s! It was truly gorgeous, The wine as well was incredible. Our guide Christian was extremely knowledgable about the creation of the wine, the history behind it all, and the pairings too. They provided us with three tastings of wine, Grappa, and more glasses to drink after the tasting. We also were given so much food! Three courses for lunch. We loved our experience so much that we bought a couple bottles to bring home for our family.

We had the fortune of finding this opportunity while in Rome. Our guide was very welcoming and was extremely punctual. The bus driver was nice and the drive to the winery was highly efficient. Took about an hour with traffic.

When we arrived, we were given a tour of the beautiful estate, the winery, and the dining hall. Needless to say it was stunning. The tour went smooth and we all sat down and enjoyed a delicious meal and wine pairing.

If you are with friends or couples, I’d highly recommend.

A rogue choice for me and my girlfriend to do on our last day in Rome. After a rowdy drive through Roman countryside with our new Norwegian and New Zealand friends, we arrived at torre in pietra, a beautiful vineyard and wine distillery.
We were then greeted by our wine expert and guide whom after a glass of wine, I had forgotten his name however - he was a king
The experience of learning about wine making, the education of how to drink and appreciate wine properly has already stuck with us. The food paired with our wine was absolutely delicious too. The dessert was… basic but I’ve been thinking about my whole journey home.
Please do try this experience - It’s not too short to feel left wanting and it doesn’t last too long too bore you. Go have a good time, grab a bottle of wine and you won’t regret it

Not worth the money. I booth is trip for my boyfriends birthday and went 9/3 2023. We shared 3 bottles of wine 6 people and they didn’t explaine about the wine. They didn’t even chance our glasses, so we drank both red wine and white wine of the same glasses. Also the description said it was close to Rome (a small drive in the car) it took 1 hour.
