Louise was our tour guide. She was very informative and brought us to some wonderful sights. We especially liked Caesar's forum which was beautiful light up. I would highly recommend.

I dont usually write reviews but this was an excellent walking tour. The admin and texts informing of the timings etc was good and Bryan our guide was great. Very knowledgeable, personable and clearly enjoyed his role. One of the highlights of my brief Rome trip.

This was my third time using More of Rome, and not the last for sure. Every time I come back to Rome, they seem to come up with something new. 3 Papal Basilicas have been on my mind for a long time, but I could never find the right tour. This one was just perfect. Our guide was passionate about history, and the Basilicas were breathtaking. You visit three ancient churches: Saint Mary Major, Saint Paul Outside the Walls, and Saint John in Lateran, and a huge bonus at the end of the tour is the relic of the Holy Stairs. If you're looking for something special to do in Rome, this tour is definitely for you. The transfers between the venues were a breeze, and we were even given some free time to relax and use the facilities. Overall a 5-star experience. Highly recommended!

This is a an excellent tour and Sarah was an excellent guide The history of the Jewish community in Rome is extremely interesting and of course tragic at times , but what resilience has been shown The area and Trastevere are particularly attractive parts of Rome as well with some great roman remains like the Theatre of Marcellus Sarah was knowledgeable and fluent so a perfect guide !

Had a great time with a knowledgeable host who made the tour interesting and engaging. Walking round Ancient Rome with it lit up and learning history about it is a great way to see Rome.

Initially concerned that we may not find our guide (Sarah) but one quick WhatsApp call at the meeting time and problem solved. I would rate the 2 hours as outstanding. In 2 parts, there was the actual tour (locations, stories, events) and then Sarah’s general knowledge of the history of Rome, beyond the framework of the tour. The actual tour was great and took us places we would not have gone nor have had knowledge of the unique history of these locations. Sarah’s historical knowledge was unsurpassed. All in all worth every cent, away from the crowds and gaining more about some of the secrets or Rome.

Brian was an excellent guide! We got mixed up at the beginning and thought we were supposed to meet at piazza Venezia rather than the palazzo Venezia but I got a text a few minutes before the tour to help me get to the correct place. The tour was full of great facts and beautiful evening lighted views of beautiful places. We really enjoyed this tour!

A beautiful way to experience this beautiful ancient city. A twilight tour hi-lighting the ruins of Rome is a wonderful time to explore. Seeing the city lit up is breathtaking. Sarah shared stories and the history of her adopted city with great enthusiasm. I would highly recommend Sarah and this tour.

Not as advertised. Stated as 10 people or less, actually 12+guide. Guide was knowledgable but not the “curators”. Overall though, including the cost of entry to the Antica, it’s the best part of £70, and frankly too much.

We really enjoyed our tour of Ostia Antica. Was nice to get out of the busy Rome crowds for a time and see a very interesting Roman Trade-port. Sonia was our host, and she really educated us on what it was like back in the times. She is very kind and has great knowledge of the history. We really enjoyed this day!

This tour was worth every penny! Amazing to see such well preserved sites. We got a good feel as to how ancient Romans lived and Sarah, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our many questions.
