Maybe the air conditioning was not at full power, as we are still in February, but we are sure that upon request our staff would have gladly taken actions. As regards the access to our vehicles according to our policy, passengers who booked their tickets online get a priority boarding. Unlike those who purchase tickets onsite, those who reserve the tickets online select a specific bus departure time. got a return ticket online to termini and back to ciampino. my flight into Rome was early and the driver allowed me onto the earlier bus rather than the later one, great. on the return journey the bus left on time and arrived early.
