Ride out of the city and into the Dutch countryside on this half-day Amsterdam bike tour, departing from the city center. Whether you're new to the area or a return visitor, you’ll get a great orientation to the Netherlands and discover new places.
Meet your guide and get comfortable on your custom-built bicycle, then take off on a 21-mile (35-km) ride through the city’s northern district. You’ll soon swap the bustling streets for serene paths through charming villages, where the traditional Dutch way of life remains little changed.
Follow your experienced guide past the countless brooks and waterways of a scenic nature reserve. Pedal alongside green pastures and stop along the way to capture the postcard views with your camera.
When you reach the seaside town of Durgerdam in North Holland, your guide accompanies your group to a quaint cafe for lunch (own expense). Learn about the local lifestyle, history and folklore of this fascinating area before continuing on and returning to central Amsterdam where your bike tour ends.
