I really enjoyed the visit, it was a dream comes true. Carlos our tour guide was more than perfect and showed us everything. My advise is to buy souvenirs from the shop in front of the young saints house, it is at least 3 euros less in each item than the big shops.

Our pick up and drop off were very convenient to our accomodation.
Michaela (sp?) was very informative, took us to the highlight points of Fatima and told the story well and added interesting elements to the story as well. She spoke excellent English.
The length of the trip was perfect and we it was timed perfectly to allow us to attend Mass in the Cathedral.

Our tour guide was very nice. There was only me and my friend signed up for this trip and she picked us up at our hotel and brought us back there. Her English was very good and she explained the Fatima story perfectly.

We had a short stay in Portugal, my husband was there on business . Sunday was the only day we had together. Our guide Ricardo, picked us up at our hotel (Intercontinental) which was very convenient. Ricardo was very knowledgeable about Portugal's history and Fatima. The drive to Fatima is about 1.5 hours, made more pleasant as Ricardo was easily able to converse with us about the passing landscape, and small towns and also about in Portual in general. We arrived just in time to participate in Sunday mass. A moving experience for both my husband and my self. It was good to see the little shepherds homes-very humble abodes.
We both enjoyed the tour immensely and would highly recommend. Ask for Ricardo if oyu can, he was a wonderful guide!!!

Pick up from hotel was prompt. Our guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. We were a small group of 5 so it was like a private tour. We were first brought to see the houses in the little village where the children grew up. We were then given some time to walk around on our own for coffee or shopping. We were then brought to the main sanctuary where we had 2 hours to see everything. We had time for mass if we wished to go and also plenty of time to visit all churches or light candles. Overall it was a very good tour. Good value for money and you weren't overloaded with information. The Cool Tours guide was very nice and entertaining.

We were interested in a half-day tour of Fatima because we had limited time in Lisbon and there is so much to see. We booked through Viator/TripAdvisor and checked with Cooltours two days before our tour was scheduled. They forwarded the details and were very helpful. Since we were staying in Alfama and not at a hotel, our pickup was in front of the Fado Museum.
Vasco, our driver, was on time and greeted us in a friendly way. His English was excellent and he guided the tour in both English and Spanish since other guests on our tour were Spanish speaking. He was knowledgeable on the history of the children and the apparitions. The van seated 8 plus the driver and we had a full load.
We visited the houses of the little shepherds and the sanctuary as well as a factory/gift shop. We had plenty of time to see and explore those sites. Vasco gave us good commentary and explanations and played Fado music for us on the way back to Lisbon in the van.
Leg room in the second row of the van was limited and the front row seat-backs went all the way to the floor. So taller folks should be careful to choose their seats carefully.
All in all a good tour and worth the price.

We booked the trip while we were still in Spain. The driver was prompt in picking us up at our hotel. Vasco was a careful driver and he was our guide. He was knowledgeable on the history of the children and the apparitions. He planned the tour well as he gave us time to attend mass and also visit the square and basilica.
He also gave us time to do some shopping at Fatima.
He also discussed Portugual and some of the cities we could later visit. Vasco even introduced us to Fado music in the van..
Overall, this was a most enjoyable and uplifting tour. Recommend it highly.

We appreciated a reminder email a couple days before. We were picked up at hotel at designated time. Received lots of background information on Fatima on the trip up. Guide was a history major so had lots of detail to share. Guide was a good driver despite adverse weather conditions. Van was clean and in good mechanical condition.

Our half-day trip to Fatima Shrine was enough for us to get to know the sites. Our guide Fabio was fluent in English. He gave insights about the Portuguese culture as a whole not only about the sites we visited.

We really enjoyed this tour. It was well organized and allowed free time to see the parts of the area that were most important to you. We also attended the mass which was beautiful. Our guide was knowledgeable and her English was perfect. We had a great time!

I called to make a reservation for this tour. I was told there was a space on Oct 17, 2019,. While the agent verifying the cost I got cut off. I immediately called again and talked with another agent. He also said there was a reservation available, the cost was $65.93. but after asking me several other questions as to where I would be staying and how long in Lisbon, he said that space was no longer .
available. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with this. He then said there was only one other tour available, but it required reservations for 2 people. If Trip Advisor is to great, why did this happen.

Better book online. We have booked the tickets via get your guide uk website. Search which country you will go. Then, there are variety of tours to choose from.
Cool tours was available during the day of the trip.

Yes, defo they will give you time for the mass. As far as ive experienced this was Sunday at 11am with Our Lady of Fatima procession happened outside the massive shrine due to a very good sunny weather.

We will be in MSC cruise ship at the port around 8AM and depart at 4PM on 4-18-2019. Is there a best way to visit Fatima, attending the mass and back to the terminal around 3 PM?
Thank you for your advise.
