When she's not cooking, Fotini is an economist, MBA lecturer, writer and independent journalist. She started cooking and experimenting with recipes when she was a university student and discovered a deep appreciation of the various regional cooking styles of the Greek Islands, each featuring special herbs, cheeses or other ingredients that are unique to the locale. Fotini loves to meet people and is passionate about sharing dishes from the Greek Islands with her guests.
