Highlights
  • Travel by 4WD vehicle far beyond the terrain that most traditional tours cover
  • Small group means personalized attention and an intimate atmosphere
  • Included morning tea, picnic lunch, and bottled water allows you to travel lightly
  • In-depth experience of aboriginal culture with a native Anangu guide
What to Expect
Beginning with convenient pickup in a 4WD vehicle at your Ayers Rock hotel, venture deep into the Australian outback to Cave Hill. With a guide taking care of navigation, enjoy the scenery and the intimate group atmosphere that comes with traveling in a small group of just 11 people or less. The rugged 4WD vehicle can conquer territory that most ordinary tour vehicles can't, depositing you right at Cave Hill, in the Pitjantjatjara Lands of Central Australia.  Meet an Anangu guide to learn about songlines: The stories that speak about ancestors during Tjukurpa (creation time) and help Aboriginal people navigate vast stretches of desert. See the cave paintings detailing the Seven Sisters on the ceiling of Cave Hill and get panoramic views of the Musgrave Ranges, Mount Conner, Kata Tjuta, and Uluru.

This was my third visit to Cave Hill and by far the best. Our SEIT guide Dan was brilliant but our aboriginal guide Lee really took this tour to the next level. His knowledge of the cave paintings and stories was mind blowing. He allowed us time in the cave to lie on the rocks

I was sooo disappointed with and angered by this tour. After extensive research, I signed up for it because it promised I would "meet an Anangu guide" since the LAST THING I WANTED was to be part of a tour that would tell me about Aboriginal culture from a white colonizer
