Sunset at Uluru
Jun 2021 • Couples
Being a small group made the whole experience wonderful. Our tour guides were a wealth of knowledge. I feel so lucky we chose a company that gave us such insight into the culture of the Uluru community... well done guys

Dreadful
Feb 2020
One can’t control Mother Nature. It was cloudy so the sunset was dull. However we thought it could be a great tour with a local guide and light refreshments. It turned out the tour guide was as dull as the sunset. I don’t remember him saying much about the rock or it’s history and the light refreshments was crackers and dip.

Hi Kathy, Thank you for leaving your feedback on our sunset tour at Uluru. We appreciate your response to our tour. I'm sorry to hear the tour didn't meet your expectations. The tour you booked and joined is a 2hr sunset viewing. It does not include any commentary, rather, it is a chance to view the sunset away from the crowds of the busier bus sunset viewing area. This is one of SEIT Outback Australia's goals. To stay away from the crowds and provide a small group experience. The driver/guide is there as a host and will answer any questions you may have but does not provide full commentary. If you were looking for a tour that includes information and commentary about Uluru, we offer a 5hr guided sunset tour. If you are ever in the area again please book on. We would love to see you again and show you what an incredible place Uluru is. Hopefully you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Central Australia. Cheers, Monica

Amazing tour with Grandpa John
I had a spectacular experience in a small group tour with John (supposedly referred to as Grandpa John by others). He was tremendously knowledgeable and clearly loved giving the tours. Honestly I felt real fortunate to have him as a guide.

Other folks cancelled so attendance was quite low, but I'm confident it would be an amazing experience if the bus was full.

Best guide ever
We had Tamin as guide and the tour was amazing. He knows very well about what he is talking about. The walk was great and the explanation about how the rocks were formed is fabulous.

GREAT TOUR!
May 2019
Excellent viewpoint for sunset to capture the amazing difference in colours as the sun sets.
Wine a plenty. Dips served from plastic containers could have had better presentation.

Memorable and personable
Aug 2019
Took this tour with two other friends, and we ended up in a group of 5 visitors total. Our guide, Mike, had us give introductions on the way to Uluru and it really felt like we were traveling in a close group, rather than as two sets of strangers. Mike also had a lot of tips and helped us take some great photos. I'm extremely happy that we decided to go with SEIT as our Uluru sunset option.

SEIT Uluru Sunset
Aug 2019 • Couples
My wife and I had an amazing adventure! Our tour guide TIA was very professional. She was friendly, courteous, and very conscientious to our needs, regularly offering us water and making sure we were in the shade. My wife has a disability and we used a wheelchair. Tia kept a good pace and regularly offered assistance. She was very knowledgeable about Uluru and the culture and ecology. She was a great tour guide. The night ended with a great quiet view of the sunset overlooking Uluru and Kata Jtuta with a glass of sparkling wine, bread oil and dukkah. It was a great way for us to end our adventure here in Uluru.
