Whitsundays Seaplane Tour Including Great Barrier Reef and Whitehaven Beach
From US$474.78
Overview
Treat yourself to a scenic seaplane tour of the Whitsunday Islands on this half-day excursion from Airlie Beach. Get amazing aerial views of the Great Barrier Reef, Whitehaven Beach, and the Whitsundays, then land at Hardy Lagoon for swimming, snorkeling, and a glass-bottom boat tour. Stay energized with provided snacks, Australian sparkling wine, juice, and water, and stop at Whitehaven Beach before flying back to Airlie Beach.
What to Expect
Make your own way to Whitsunday Airport in Airlie Beach at the chosen time. After a safety briefing from your pilot, take off and soak in panoramic views as you soar over Heart Reef, and the white-sand beaches and clear waters of the Great Barrier Reef. Traveling by seaplane is both a memorable experience and an easy way to take in the Whitsundays’ top attractions in a short time.
Touch down at Hardy Lagoon for a glass-bottom boat tour, followed by an hour of snorkeling around the Great Barrier Reef. Then continue your journey to Whitehaven Beach for another hour of free time to swim, stroll, and sunbathe. At both stops there is time to enjoy the warm water, lounge on the beach, snack on light refreshments, and sip Australian sparkling wine.
The tour ends after your return flight to the Whitsunday Airport.

Best way to see the reef!

Definitely recommend! Our pilot was very capable and polite, takes only 1/2 hour to get to the reef via sea plane where we landed and got on a boat for snorkeling. The boat has submerged windows for anyone who doesn’t snorkel and they served champagne...More
