      Highly recommended!
I couldn't wait to share my experience at this restaurant. From start to finish, it was a true delight. The seven-course menu was a delightful mix of traditional Czech flavors and innovative twists that kept me eagerly anticipating each dish. The ambiance was chic yet welcoming, and the service was impeccable. Plus, the option for unlimited beverages perfectly complemented the culinary journey. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience that combines elegance, flavor, and hospitality, look no further than this restaurant's offering. Highly recommended!

      Great tour
Very nice tour, with guide Jana. It covered main most interesting sites of Prague. We had very tasty lunch and at the end of the tour relaxing boat trip (really cool panorama).

Fabulous full on tour by foot and boat.
We covered areas of Prague not covered on a previous tour. You will see the Charles bridge, castle and Jewish quarter. Seen and learned so much , the tour guide clearly knew all about the city and all history associated with it. We stopped at a fabulous place which had a great choice of menu at lunch. We did this on our first day and it gave us such an overview for where to go on the other days. Well worth it.

      A great taste of Prague
This is a great tour. I took it on my first day in Prague, and it really helped me get oriented to the city, and I feel that it covered the highlights very well. The fact that lunch, a tram ticket, a boat tour and ticket to the Charles bridge museum is all included makes the price a good deal in my opinion. My tour guide was Hannah, she was excellent. She was extremely friendly and very good at telling stories about the city in an engaging way. A few notes on logistics: the pace of the tour is very relaxed, while it’s a fair amount of walking I did not find it strenuous. There are vegetarian/vegan options at the restaurant for lunch. I’d recommend this tour on a weekday, as the city is very busy on the weekend.

The tour that delivers a one stop shop for Prague
This tour delivers a great introduction to Prague and its challenging history. Don’t be put off by the 6hrs as the tour takes place on foot, by tram and by boat - with a hearty lunch thrown in at a great restaurant near the Astronomical Click in Old Town Square. Our guide Ross was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend the tour company and highly recommend Ross as a guide!

Expectations were slightly different than the actual tour. Everything as advertised however; we assumed entry to some attractions were included. Apparently not. Standing around listing to a Guide's monologue in busy streets outside buildings proved monotonous when there was an itch to culturally explore. Guide Annie was brilliant, very knowledgeable with excellent communication and social skills. A definite 5 stars there! Nice venue for lunch. Great food and plenty of it. Tour company will pick up from hotels although lacks a drop off at the end of the tour which we found disappointing. Recommend familiarization with public transport for return journey.

What a awful experience we had last night, was supposed to get picked up from hotel at 7:40 the driver didn’t arrive until 8:05/8:10 when we got told the show starts at 8 o’clock. Arrived at around 8:20 and the show had already started didn’t receive drink on arrival which it states that your supposed to. We was a family of 6 and we just got threw in the corner, food was absolutely awful, had to keep asking for drinks to which the waiter didn’t seem happy about and kept mumbling stuff under her breath! Chicken in the main corse was red, the awful bit of sponge cake we got at the end smelt like it had been threw in some fish guts, also if you book with children they only get 3 courses instead of 5 which nobody told us and if you’ve got a child with you under the age of 3 they get absolutely no food whatsoever! I would definitely not recommend this as you can get a much nicer meal somewhere else in a restaurant in Prague and you can make better entertainment with the company you’d be with that they have you at the medieval show. A waste of money and a very disappointing night.

Hello and thank you for this review. We DO NOT provide hotel pick ups, all the customers are suposed to come to the meeting point first where our guide meets them and make sure that everything goes easy, that also includes good table. It is not our faul that you could not make it on time and restaurant was full when you arrived. We are sorry that you did not like the food, but we feel that your opinion is too strong in this case. Remmeber that your kid under the age of 3 has this experience for free, and that is why no food was included. You could always ask for some extra small kids menu and the restaurant would accommodate your request. We still hope you have enjoyed the rest of your stay in Prague. David

Similarly to lots of people, my friend and I booked here after the raving reviews in hopes to experience something unique and special. We booked and we told to arrive at 7.30 for an 8pm start. We arrived at 7.30 and were still standing outside in the cold at 8.15. There was no communication from staff whatsoever. We finally we were seated after 8.30pm and at this point starving and thirsty. The event boasts unlimited drinks however the staff are so scarce it's almost impossible to order a drink, which also takes forever to arrive. The staff were visibly stressed and pissed off. You can't help but feel like an inconvenience. Everyone is trying to wave down the waiters
...the food dishes were eventually slammed down in front of us and the meals are average at best. The decor was impressive and the entertainment was enjoyable however the overall vibe and atmosphere of the place was awful. The night ended up costing $93 AUD each and they had the audacity to ask for a tip. Seriously steer clear And dont waste your time IT WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY and you will be disappointed.

I was really looking forward to this, and was very disappointed. Depending with, can depend on your starting point. My starting point was near the Charles bridge, It was a good 10 minute walk, in the pouring rain. The Astronomical clock area would have been a better starting point, as it was literally a 2 minute walk from there. Once in the venue, I had to wait some time to be seated. I was drinking soft drinks, and there was one lady, who I kept asking for a refill, and she would never come back to me so I had to ask someone else. There was plenty of food, you won't go hungry. I tried all the courses apart from the pudding. The table I was on did not rate the wine, so was on beer. The venue is split into 2 rooms, so the entertainments is done twice, once for each room. The entertainment was ok. They take photos of each table, and then give each table a copy of the photo, and a price list. They have toilets. I am glad I tried this, but I would not go again.

We were told to meet at Charles Bridge where we were signed in then told to follow another guide who marched us at peace all the way to the main square and beyond, why we had to meet at Charles Bridge is a mystery. As we were lead in they started seating everyone in a large hall with an open area in the middle for the performances until they got to the couple in front of us! Them and us were lead to another more closed in hall with pillars down the middle and sat in the back corner. As a result we deffently didnt get the full value of the average entertainment or much interaction with others. Drinks were not that easy to come by especially soft ones we had to ask for my wife's coke 3 times over about half an hour and I asked for multiple beers that never arrived! Food was basic which is perhaps expected with the theme they had no regard for what food you ordered when arriving everyone had a cold plate of meat in front of them there was a vegan and vegetarian near by who had to request what they something else. They don't really tell you about the food your getting my wife who is allergic to apples nearly bit into her apple cake before I over heard what it was and stopped her, this was replaced with some fresh orange and hard raisins after quite a wait. This is basically a gamble you could have a great night or not...

The pictures look great and the rooms in the cellar are that. However, if you are seated in the conservatory, upstairs, with no atmosphere of a medieval room, bright lights and initially no music until I requested some, then it’s a completely different experience. The Jester walked in and out, the bagpiper walked in playing and out, stood with his back to the room and played to the next room, so what little you may have seen , by straining you neck , had been blocked. Belly dancer came in, as there was just enough room for her . Fire dancers, again none in the conservatory as there wasn’t enough room, a belly dancer came in with two tiny flames for a minute and swirled them around.
If we had been informed that the cellar was fully booked and viewing of the show was limited ( basically non existent) from the seating area, then we could have made a choice, but nothing was said, just take your money and not care. There were 36 people in the conservatory, at £50 a ticket, no wonder they didn’t say anything. Greed springs to mind. There must have been 150 - 200 people downstairs enjoying what they had paid for so enough business without the extra’s upstairs.
I believe the show would have been good if you were in the cellar, so if you are considering going here then have it in writing you will be seated appropriately otherwise like myself and 35 others it’s a total rip off.
The white wine was seemingly disgusting, red wine ok, and beer watered down.

After reading a lot of negative reviews about this I was really worried it wasn’t going to be worth it. The meeting point is rubbish as you meet at Charles bridge to walk through town and across old town square to the venue following a guide with an umbrella, the wait to enter the venue was around 20 mins. When we entered they tried to sit us in the middle of a table of a large party. I said I didn’t want to sit there and the staff asked us to choose a seat, please speak up and you will be moved. We had an amazing evening after that, the food wasn’t the best but it was food at the end of the day and we had so much free beer. Tip ask for a beer when you have just less than half a pint left. The venue is beautiful and the atmosphere is amazing. Definitely worth the money.

I was apprehensive booking this experience because I had already had a lovely nch experience in this restaurant with a walking tour of Prague the last time I visited Prague. That experience was not good, the food was not good and the atmosphere was cold and dark. But my pre-booked medieval experience got cancelled by the tour operator so we decided to just book and take the risk.

I am so glad we did, the night was very good. We were met at our hotel by the driver and although it seemed he didn't know where he was picking people up from, when we arrived at the restaurant it was absolutely packed and the atmosphere was excellent.

The food was mass produced by the quality of the food was excellent, every Course was tasty, although the wine wasn't brilliant it was drinkable. If I was a beer drinker I would have opted for that but I really only drink wine and gin and tonic, I had to settle for wine.

The entertainment was very good although we were seated at the top of the restaurant near the wall so could really see the band but the extra entertainment with the dancers and pirates moved around the tables so everyone got to see the act. Highly recommended and would definitely rebook

Great dinner, good tasting food and entertaining show with great music. Be prepared for a non traditional service - hangg DGG ing our each course during show and some being dished in plate. All good was great !!

Unlimited wine and beer all night with excellent waiting staff.

    Created a great medieval atmosphere

    Some notes:
Tables are 6-8 people do you will be sharing with strangers.
Meeting point is 15 min walk from restaurant however we were told they have to meet outside of old town due to local laws with big groups meeting.

We visited the medieval restaurant with high hopes and were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived, the experience was authentic, our tankards of beer were never empty, the food was plentiful & the entertainment was excellent, high energy & fun. The venue itself transports you back to a bygone era where you are immersed in medieval surroundings, adding to the full authentic experience. The dancers, sword fighters and fire performers were very entertaining & engaging. We'd highly recommend.

The decoration/ambiente in the restaurant was amazing and the staff was friendly.
I really enjoyed the dancing acts and fighting show - it was entertaining und the artists were super.
But for me the act with the snake was absolutely too much. There is no need to bring a living animal to such a crowded & loud place when you have such talented dancers.
The food was good but nothing special.
