    Fantastic spooky fun tour
The tour guide was fantastic! She was spooky (in a good way haha) and told us the stories with passion. We had a really good time and enjoyed the tour. Thank you Clara S. ❤️

Go on this tour it's worth it!!
The tour was not just the Bunker but on the way to the free tram that came with the tour we stopped at many other notable sites such has where the peaceful revolution was the gestapo headquarters (and then the communist secret police was) plus much more. Maki was our guide she was very good and her English was perfect and very enthusiastic and highly intelligent person. Many thanks for a great day from Me and my Wife.

Energetic Guide, but tour was disappointing
The tour asks participants to arrive 10 minutes early to exchange tickets which we did. Then our guide, Clara S., was 15 minutes late, which meant we waited 25 minutes just standing around. Not a good way to start the tour. She was energetic and dramatic, which was kind of fun. However, the tour itself was not very compelling. There was no “historical” mystery and the murder tales seemed like random made up stories. She did tell us a few stories about ghosts, but they did not really seem to tie into the places we visited. Sometimes we would just stop so she could tell a joke. At one point she just screamed into the room. The underground “dungeons” that we toured were basically underground basement rooms with Halloween props spread throughout them which cheapened the effect. The information on torture devices was interesting. I have participated in many of these types of tours and this one just seemed disjointed, more bad jokes and less history, and campy.

Awesome time with Prague ghosts and legends
The ghosts, legends, and underground tour I went on had a bit of everything, from ghost stories to interesting historical facts. Our guide, Clara S, went above and beyond and added a performance element to the tour that blended perfectly with its subject matter. Would highly recommend.

    Cool Concept
We had a great time walking around the "haunted" streets of the old town dimly lit in yellow by the glowing street lamps. Mikaela, our tour guide, was pretty hilarious and entertaining. We certainly had a lovely and rousing time! Highly recommend this tour!

A waste of time and money. In fact, in our group of four, one person left the tour after 30 minutes and the rest of wished we had done the same. The website misleads into thinking we will have small groups. We had 26 and our guide even commented how this is a huge group and everyone who signs up will be added. The tour was mostly walking the streets and going into the basement of restaurants. It was an embarrassment. We saw blank walls that were not even fully underground at times. With such a large group we could not see anything. But, there was nothing to see. Do not waste your money.

This tour was a real rip off very poor guide whom seemed to be uninterested an talking book would have done a better job. Very disappointing and waste of money the only interesting piece of the tour was the skeletal scattered dungeon. The leaflet was making it sound brilliant and part of the tour was the same has their ghost tour. This was so bad boring and waste of money I am ashame to say and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone if you want good tours look at Martin tours sandermans tours and historic tram tour for the interesting tours leave this one it’s completely waste of money and you not missing anything

This lasted just over an hour and although the lady guide was polite and knowledgeable, it really was not worth the money. We visited a couple or cellars, but I expected a labyrinth or tunnels and walkways like in other old city’s (Edinburgh or York), but this really was just basements which have been restored not connected and under a few houses or apartments. Some had some medieval props which were not even relevant to the tour. I had done a free tour the day before which was much better. Sorry but just NO.

Zuzana led our instructive tour of the old town and accessible underground area of Prague city center. Our tour was historic in nature and Zuzana was well versed and engaging throughout.

Side note: At the first stop there is a rather inexplicable modern art exhibit on which Zuzana did not comment, nor (thankfully) did she address the terrible props in the dungeon, which were no doubt in place for ghost tours. I appreciate that she maintained her focus, but the company should abandon the extraneous gimmicks.

I’ll start this off by saying that out of our group of 30, over half our group left before the tour was even over. Truly abysmal. I cannot fathom how this has such high ratings, everything about this tour was awful. To give a more in depth review (which I wish I was able to read before spending $34CAD on this waste), I’ll break it down into specifics.

The Guide: It was very obvious that our guide Natalie was reciting word for word from a script the entire tour, which felt incredibly impersonal. The script itself was full of cringy jokes that left the entire group in an awkward silence multiple times. She did so while shouting the entire time (you do not need to shout so unbelievably loud when we are 30 people cramped into a 12 foot box that echos). We both left with a headache.

The Tour Content: The content of the tour was weak, and also incredibly off topic. We’d all stop walking multiple times to be shown a picture of a street from the 1920’s. I’m sorry, but what on earth could old stock photos from the 20th century have to do with an underground medieval tour. There was even a whole massive poster (thrown in and covering one of the underground rooms) about the flooding in 2013. I repeat, what does this have to do with medieval times?? Maybe 25% of what we talking about was from the medieval period, and that’s not an exaggeration.

The Quality of The Underground: Do not be fooled, you spend maybe 20% of this underground tour underground, and the rest walking from spot to spot talking about the unrelated topics I mentioned earlier. The dungeons themselves have been decorated with fake plastic props that really cheapen the whole experience. I’m talking fake cat skeletons and cauldrons with bats sitting in them. What a joke.

Please, please, please do not take this tour. Take your money somewhere far better and tip one of the hard working guides who will give you a 1000x better tour through a free walking tour company. There are amazing ones in Prague. This is the definition of a tourist trap, learn from our mistake.

This was our first tour of the trip and I would recommend for anyone looking for a unique experience away from the tourists. The tour was a small group and let us through mostly the historic city center's hidden underground. We learned history dating back to medieval times. You will tour several underground "homes" that were original to the city before it was built up. We loved that you were avoiding the tourist hot spots and seeing parts of the city that few have access to. My ONLY complaint was that there were some hokey props in the dungeon that, in my opinion, were distracting and unecessary. I would have liked to see more of the original artifacts from the time. If you are claustrophobic or have mobility issues this is not for you.

Karel (hope the spelling is correct) was perfect as a guide to the weird and disturbing history of some of Prague darker ages. He projected his voice clearly and watched over us like a mother hen as we went down dark tunnels in which bumping our heads or tripping on uneven floors was a possibility. I highly recommend him and the visit, if you are interested in how people lived and some of the shadier parts of the Czech story.

First off, this is NOT a review of the "ghost" tour, which is ridiculous and entirely manufactured. This IS a review of the oldtown, medieval underground and dungeon historical tour. Although both tours do visit some of the same places and, unfortunately, you have to look at the plastic skeletons and tacky "scary" paraphernalia, the focus is on fact rather than fiction.
Second, the tour is mostly above-ground. It is not possible to walk through underground tunnels in Prague for reasons of historical interest, which the tour guide explains. You WILL see some of the oldest structures in the city and you will learn history of the city you probably won't hear on other tours.
I went with a friend who was more excited about this than I was, and I had a surprisingly great time. Martina was an excellent, knowledgeable, sensitive guide. I appreciated how she made sure the slower people on the tour weren't left behind.
Be advised there are lots of stairs, old and uneven.

Very interesting. Learnt history of Prague didn't know before. Amazing city. Tour guide made huge effort to speak English with very pronounced accent but could be understood. For walking round Prague it's essential you wear comfortable non slip flat cushioned footwear... All slippery cobblestones. Very good tour if interested in history.

The tour was rather interesting. You do get a lot of information about the medieval history of Prague. Our guide was Jitka, she did a great job. The tour actually was quite a bit longer than advertised because she explained a lot of things on detail, had time for questions and she made it rather funny as well along the way.
I do however wish there would have been more to see underground, I did expect a little bit more but it was a good tour nontheless
