Itinerary
Oświęcim is a town located some 31 miles (50 km) west of Krakow. It's where the former Nazi concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau is located, and as such has become known as a place of martyrdom, suffering and death.

Wieliczka is one of the most beautiful places in close proximity to the city. The famous UNESCO World Heritage Site, the salt mine, is visited every year by thousands of tourists. Proximity to Krakow and good transport links make this area an attractive place to spend time.

From the deeply-touching experience of Auschwitz to the breath-taking 150m. below the earth tour: Michael is the Driver!

First of all, the office was very helpful when I did the booking from abroad. Secondly, the trip was very interesting and the places unique. The guides were well informed and their English very good. However, the experience became unique due to the superb driver...More

Both sites worth visiting, a good way to do it in one day

The short version is that this a good way to get to two important sites near Krakow in one day. Our driver, Kamil, was well organized and drove safely. The vehicle was a large van and it was quite comfortable. The suggested spot for lunch...More

If you have only one day, this is the tour to do.

Great dual tour, although some additional free time in Auschwitz would have been appreciated, keeping in mind the time constraints. There is a lunch stop between the Auschwitz and the Salt Mines.

We were picked up from our hotel which was located outside the normal pick up area.. We had to pay extra for this, but it was not a problem.
