Nobody wants to waste time waiting in line at Budapest’s attractions, especially in hot or cold weather. Save time by prebooking priority access to the Széchenyi Spa thermal baths complex. Inside, enjoy a private changing cabin instead of lockers and shared changing rooms, and use the 18 indoor and outdoor pools at leisure. Upgrade to add a massage, spa goodies, or a City Park Segway tour to make your experience extra special.
What to Expect
Book your desired option and arrive at Budapest’s Széchenyi Spa in City Park at your preferred time between 9am and 6pm. Then, simply bypass the entrance lines and head inside via the dedicated private desk.

An attendant will show you to a private cabin where you can change and store your belongings, and then enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools as you please. Relax in warm waters—temperatures vary across the 18 pools—and steam chambers and saunas. Don’t worry about timings: Your ticket gives you full-day access.

If you’ve upgraded for a massage, enter the treatment rooms at your selected time and enjoy your aromatherapy massage. If you’ve chosen the spa package, enjoy extras, such as a gift towel, flip-flops, and shampoo-and-shower gel. Plus, if you’ve upgraded for a City Park Segway tour, just set off to meet your guide when required.

Your baths experience ends on leaving the complex.

Avoid sundays

I was last here on a weekday in Nov. 2017 and it was heaven. I went last Sunday and it was the opposite. Much too crowded and the water in some of the pools looked pretty gross. Not sure about Saturday, but weekday is great.

Just avoid the weekend, if possible. It was very crowded.
