Would recommend! Don't hesitate

Fun tour but could use more communication about where we are going and what we are doing prior to doing it. That being said, I felt safe, loved the pace and the guides were very helpful. Transportation from Guatemala City was smooth and very comfortable. I will remember this trip for a long time and the unforgettable views and experiences like the lake views, the colour in the towns, and seeing Maximon!

Worth Every Penny

Our tour experience with By Authentic Guatemala on 5/21/22 was nothing short of amazing. Our driver Luis was on time and was great company on the 2 hour drive from Antigua. The car was clean and he drove safely. He dropped us off at Lake Atitlan about an hour early allowing us time to eat breakfast and have coffee with the locals. Afterwards I was in need of Lotion and he went store to store with us searching for some. Our tour then began to Joel(Yo-el) and he was equally as amazing. We're so thankful to him for sharing his story and culture with us giving us. I would 10/10 recommend this service.

We reached out to Fabio before committing to gouatamala and he organized for us an 8 day tour. I have to say that every thing we did was organized in a perfect manner and we had a great time and got to see the best attractions. Fabio also organized the places we spent the night at and they were perfect. We recommend any one coming to guatemala to use Fabio and the authentic guatemala company, we can grantee you will be very pleased and have the time of your life.

A Tour Worth Every Penny!

Prior to the commence of the tour, I communicated with Fabio in having a driver pick me up from my stay near Panajachel, avoiding the 2-hour drive to Antigua. Carlos, the driver, was extremely kind. Elena was guide was so lovely and explained the history of Guatemala and the surrounding towns of Lago Atitlan so beautifully. The stops, the shops, the food was excellent. This tour is absolutely worth it! ☕️

Always on time . Smooth and efficient
We booked private transportation from Flores to Lanquin . And from Lanquin to Antigua.
With guided tours to Tikal, Semuc Champey and Lake Atitlan. The services were flawless and always on time . The guides were knowledgeable. This is a good tour operator.

A sight unlike any other!

Excellent tour through the various villages surrounding Lake Atítlan. Hotel pickup and breakfast are provided, lunch and all other purchases are on you. Such an enriching experience exploring cultures so vastly different than our own. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience at a reasonable price

Fabio was fantastic! He was excellent with our last minute change of plans.

Things we LOVED in no particular order:

-Friendly, punctual, and safe drivers
-They followed covid safety practices
-Clean and sanitized vehicles
-Our tours were private and fully customizable
-Good mix of local culture with the lake towns, and nature activities (boating, kayaking & swimming). Literally something for everybody
-Guides monitored our safety while doing different excursions
-Great guides with good local food and shopping suggestions
-They also took amazing pics of us with our personal devices
-Definitely would do again!
