Thank you for the wonderful and thorough review! Kirk is an excellent pilot and tour guide. As for the parking I totally agree but unfortunately it is part of the state parking policies (like parking at the airport). We pay monthly as well and it by individual car so cannot provide a voucher. This is for all companies at the heliport. I hope you have a wonderful time here in the islands!

I am sorry to hear you were disappointed in the tour. Seating is done by a weight and balance and we do try to stress to all that we need accurate body weights when booking to ensure everyone is comfortable and can take photos. The helicopter cabin is very small. All pilots are told to do a few turns throughout the flight to be sure that both sides get a chance to take photos and get a good view. I will be sure to share this with our chief pilot to remind them of this. Thank you for the feedback.

I do apologize for the last minute cancellation but the weather here in the islands can change very quickly and can be hard to predict in advance. Many days we go flight by flight hour by hour because from one hour to the next it can change dramatically. I am sure you and many others were on their way or already checked in and worst case this can happen where we have to cancel last minute. In the end we will not take you on a flight if the weather is unsafe to fly in or not going to be worth the price you paid. I am sorry you felt time was wasted on vacation which I completely understand. In the end we are all human and our staff do try their best to handle rescheduling and cancellations the best they can considering we typically accommodate on average 100+ people a day.

Aloha Russell, Again we apologize for the understandable frustration in you not getting the doors off flight you told your agent at Snorkel Bobs you wanted. When you checked in we had you booked on the same route with the doors ON. When boarding you mentioned to our dispatch you wanted the doors off so we double checked your voucher you received from Snorkel Bobs which stated the doors on. You paid for the flight that the agent booked you on which was doors on. In this case we did not book you on the wrong flight it sounds like a mis-communication between you and the Snorkel Bob's agent. We did apologize if at the time of boarding it was unpleasant but the option was to go on the flight you paid for and were booked on or not go but the seats were non-refundable. Being it was already departure time this left very few options. Had you double checked your voucher ticket or called us ahead of time to check there might have been more options to offer. Again I understand your frustration but sounds like this was a simple mis-communication between you and your agent. We simply put you on the flight your agent asked us for.
