Catch an exciting peek at the underwater world with this 2-hour whale-watching cruise in Maui. Your excursion includes narration from your captain and crew, as you learn more about these majestic creatures. Enjoy stunning views and photo opportunities while traveling along Maui’s exquisite coastline. Your family-friendly cruise comes with a guarantee that you’ll spot a whale during your adventure.
What to Expect
Hop aboard your vessel in Lahaina and settle in on the upper observation deck or the enclosed main cabin with large viewing windows. Commentary will be provided as you go, along with images from an under web cam and hydrophone (subject to water conditions) for additional visibility.

This tour operates during the whale migration period from December until May, when humpback whales come to Maui’s warm waters to breed, a 3,500-mile (5635 km) departure from their feeding waters in Alaska. Keep your eyes peeled as your captain and crew help to point out any marine life that pops up, and soak up the stunning backdrop of the island’s coastline.

This tour has multiple departures times to fit your travel schedule, and will conclude at its original departure point.

Humpback Breaching!

What an awesome and once in a lifetime experience! We were fortunate enough to go out and have a breach close to the boat. Keep in mind, inside of 500 yards is considered close, so don't expect to feel like you are going to touch...More

This was a fantastic trip. We saw about 30 whales altogether at different times on the cruise. The naturalist we had was great. This was the best excursion we had in all of Hawaii. The Pacific Whale Foundation is a good organization and they were...More
